As we feared, momentum builds across the city as Barry Ferguson took control of a ragtag collection of players and within 90 minutes turned them into a team capable of rivalling Celtic. The heat is well and truly on the champions as they see their hopes of achieving four-in-a-row dim a little.
Not only was Barry able to control previously loser footballers, with a whiff of greatness, he brought referees and var under his spell. The value to Celtic of those three points against Aberdeen on Tuesday is now clear to see.
Actually, the most influential result of the night was in Perth, where St Johnstone deservedly beat Ross County to move within three points of Dundee at the bottom of the table. Saints visit Dundee on Saturday, a win there would lift them into 11th place on goal difference.
The top half of the table now has a settled look, with Hearts joining Celtic, Newco, Aberdeen, Hibs and Dundee United. All teams from our ‘proper’ cities and all capable to taking points of each other on their day. It will lead to a challenging end to the season.

Is there a solution, apart from having to post, for when the site keeps logging you out and when you log in it takes you to page one , then when you change page it logs you out again?

refresh the page, think its a caching issue – log in once and if there is no post box, refresh the page and it fixes it
So Trump is meeting Charlie in Scotland – on the first tee on the old course, Trump asks “what do you play off” Charlie responds ” the backs of my subjects” Trump replies “me too – we’re going to get along just fine”

2531 tickets the huns have for Parkhead on the 16th March
……………
IF TRUE….That is a shocking decision taken by Celtic FC.
Every Celtic supporter that I know, does NOT want the Mankie Huns anywhere near PARADISE for any game whatsoever.
I am Disgusted.
With regards to the ned Ferguson , one thing he will bring to the xxxx guaranteed is he will get them to stick the boot in ,something he admitted when he sent his Alloa team out to do just that , putting a player out for months . He has also filled his back room team with a load of same minded true blues except that wee McCann , in my opinion he is just as bad as Johnstone . Time will tell but a blind eye will be turned to the style of play ordered by the new coach , which is the only doubt I have when meeting them as he will know we have more than our share of timid players . On another matter disappointed at allowing there fans back into our patch , games against them were more enjoyable both in and out the stadium without them . H H
Be brave on Saturday Celts…play your best game like the champions you are …and all will be fine 🍀
i am also disgusted with that hun ticket news.
a total sop to our own fat cats and corporate season tickets as they are the only ones who will benefit from this with the assumed reciprocal arrangement for snake mountain.
for all the rest of us it just means the logistics and experience of attending the home games become a thousand times worse and more dangerous.
Does Celtic not listen to the supporters. We do not want the vermin in our stadium 😡
Why should we allow thems back in, they banned us because they couldn’t stomach us celebrating and now we are letting them back in first, shame on us, we should have stood together and told them the whole stand at their place or nothing, disgusted.
Dear Celtic customers,
Thank you for your previous custom but we regret to inform you that you will not be invited to apply for Celtic v Rangers tickets that you have previously bought.
We note that there is a potential safey risk, overcrowding and segregation issues. But we are confident our invite to the nice Rangers supporters will be received favourably.
We are confident that our valued guests will behave themselves impecably. We are also confident that our toilet facilities will be respected and we will put some background mood music on to maintain and promote tranquility.
We hope and trust that their songs of culture will be understood and respected.
Finally dear customers, Thank you for your understanding. After all our club is open to all.
Does Celtic not listen to the supporters. We do not want the vermin in our stadium

they will listen to you if you have a 5 grand season ticket in the main stand
Celtic Quick Moans?
Liverpool annual accounts show they earn £22M in a year from their new stand.
Cost to build is recorded as £100M – pays for itself in a few years
Celtic are different of course, aren’t they?
I would love a new stand and believe it would pay for itself through time but Liverpool probably charge big bucks for tickets and also are backed by the Fenway group who can get round FFP by investing in infrastructure. Also the disgusting amount of TV revenue they receive.Would love a 75,000 capacity Celtic Park.
As for the return of R2ngers fans, didn’t the SPL introduce a minimum 5% ticket rule for visiting fans? Much preferred having no R2ndgers fans in attendance at Celtic Park, much better atmosphere without them.
THE HAND OF GOD
The £22M mentioned was revenue from their new stand, and nothing to do with other funding, which is obviously far greater than ours.
FWIW They lost £57M overall.
new article posted.
No there isn’t
oh no there isnt
Why are we waiting…..why…😂
Difficult game tomorrow, need to match them physically then let our football prevail, talking about away fans it’s great to see Hibs have took and paid for 7,000 tickets.
Paul’s sold us a dummy
Hi Bournesouprecipe, my nephew attended a match at Anfield and was charged £102 for his ticket.
BSR
Was the 22m the money earned or the additional money earnes as surely the stand it replaced earned a substantial amount

We can confirm that following the previous SPFL determination from last year and with necessary requirements being addressed, away supporters will be present at the next two Glasgow derby matches this season at Celtic Park (March 16) and Ibrox.
Allocations will be around 4% of saleable capacity at both stadia.
Further ticket information will be provided in due course.
—————–
unnessesary risk taking regarding the safety of our fans.
i cant imagine the police/council emergency services are happy with this.
and i mean for both venues.
celtic did a lot of segregation works in the south east corner to provide for the “european” sized allocations.
what works did rangers do at ibrox ?
i predict a riot, check out teir blogs, they are coming with mayhem on their minds.
GENE
I think I read it, as new revenue it would pay for itself obviously but take longer in our case, we have the money.
Celtic have been thinking about it since Fergus McCann dismissed it, in 1994. At that time of course despite having a blueprint ( which I seen ) it made financial sense to go as we did.
It will happen, but so might a new stadium like Everyone- who knows.
So there was no sfa directive when they banned us , so why should we agree to current directive, do not allow thems in , l predict carnage before during and after
SS
what works did rangers do at ibrox ?
………………………..
Celtic representatives visited IBrokes this month to inspect the work they’ve done for the fixure. Can only assume it was passed given that we have allocated to them for the Parkhead game.
Regarding fans at Celtic Park, and a side issue that’s just been reported…
https://www.67hailhail.com/news/celtic-hit-with-yet-another-uefa-fine-from-young-boys-champions-league-win/
We often see reported how much money Celtic made from the CL this season, but does anyone know the total amount that certain members of our “support” have wasted this season in UEFA fines, due to their complete inability to behave like decent, intelligent human beings who have respect for Celtic and its genuine supporters?
I imagine it’s a not inconsiderate amount, which could have been used to improve facilities or offer improved terms to some of our academy prospects, making them more likely to stick with the club and less likely to move on for a pittance, only to make millions for
THE HAND OF GOD
They’re in a hurry to pay for the stand then.
Celtic have the money if not the wherewithal IMO
…their next club (as per Ben Doak, potentially).
(Accidental premature hit of “Post Comment”.)
New article is there, it’s got lost on the homepage

For the id10t’s – please remind me who has a 5 grand season ticket ?.
FFS.
Adi Dassler
I think most of the Jock Stein lounge season tickets once all CL games are added on will be over £4k per season.
Why we are doing is pandering to the bigoted scum, who have told their Board,no way are they getting the full Broomloan stand. No way.Don’t even contemplate it.Instead,we have been forced to spend good money,on segregation.Never needed before.Just to appease. We are accepting less tickets than we are giving, just to appease. On Euro nights, they give 2,500 tickets to away fans. Why are we accepting less?
Another, more important point is,the majority of our fans don’t want them.Having to listen to their vile, sectarian, bigoted song sheet, for what?.To let Sky tell everyone about the wonderful atmosphere?.
An absolute disgrace by our feking Board.Disgusted.
