THE Scottish Cup semi-final draw – with Celtic, hopefully, in the ballot – will be made live on Sky tomorrow afternoon at 4.45pm.
And there is no chance of the balls-up from the previous occasion when the quarter-finals had to be redrawn after the Hoops had originally been paired with Dundee United at Tannadice.
Last month SFA President Alan McRae had to scrap the draw after a ball had opened in the bowl which revealed Morton’s name on the sheet of paper.
It is now likely numbered balls will be used for tomorrow’s ballot. McRae, who apologised for the shambles, will again oversea the pairings with the help of a mystery guest.
Celtic legend Lubomir Moravcik helped out last month and managed to get his old club their first home draw – against Morton with a High Noon kick-off tomorrow – in the tournament in two years!
