Stewart Regan today gave a welcome update on the SFA’s on-going investigation into Rangers. In response to Hugh Adam’s comments in today’s Daily Mail, Regan said:
“We are, however, aware of the most recent allegations made against Rangers FC today by a former director of the club. We shall investigate this matter thoroughly before making any further comment.”
SFA president, Campell Ogilvie, was general secretary and director of Rangers from 1978 until 2005. News broke about HMRC’s dispute over Rangers Employment Benefit Trust in 2010, you knew then, I knew then, the SFA knew then, but Ogilvie was subsequently elevated to the role of SFA president in 2011. He is still on the SFA board.
We have waited almost two years the hear the SFA would investigate this matter. Now, with all the old certainties crumbling down around them, they realise they must act.

As we await news from down Ibrox way.Does anyone know if Celtic have investigated any further about the disparity in policing costs at home games.From memory it was Celtic paying some £30,000 per game and Rangers were being charged around £20,000.I assume if Celtic don’t get the answers they want they can go higher with it.

I hate it when Keevins bangs on about, the “honour” with which, Sneaky & Watty carried TB’s coffin. Furthermore….the day that, Tommy Burns crossed the ‘line’ and, joined up with the Sectarian FA, I felt this spooky feeling almost like someone had walked over my grave.

Can I ask what the face value is for League Cup Final tickets folks? Have paid £90 via a ticket website. Know they are a rip off but never been to a Cup Final and me and a mate are travelling up from London for the day. Had to book flights and didn’t want to be chasing tickets.
