SFA ‘JUSTICE’ FOR BROONY, NAISMITH

CELTIC skipper Scott Brown and Hearts forward Steven Naismith have avoided retrospective action from the SFA following separate incidents at Tynecastle on Saturday.

The pair had been expected to learn their fate today, but, following an SFA review, they will face no further punishment.

Brown and Naismith were involved in an off-the-ball collision which the beaks have decided was accidental.

The Edinburgh player, however, was caught on camera having a sneaky kick at the grounded Jonny Hayes and then yelling in his ear as the Celt remained prone on the pitch.

Remarkably, the SFA thought these actions were within the laws of the game.
