SFA set for expulsion from Fifa unless it acts against Rangers

315

Rangers administrators have today gone to the Court of Session in an attempt to overturn the recent disciplinary action imposed on the club by the SFA.  Paul Clark said:

“The Club started proceedings at the Court of Session today in an attempt to challenge the imposition by an SFA Judicial Panel of a player signing embargo.

“The process will continue at the court on Tuesday and it is the Club’s position that the Judicial Panel did not have the powers to impose such a sanction.

“The Club and the administrators are grateful for the support of the Rangers Fighting Fund on this matter.”

It is prohibited by Fifa for a club to take its association to the civil courts.  Fifa rules dictate that the national association must expel any club which takes this action.  In December last year the international body threatened to expel the Swiss FA from world football unless it set a deadline to expel Sion after the club took action in its local civil court.

This action can surely only be to provoke the SFA into bringing this sorry saga to an end by kicking them out of the game before Duff and Phelps are forced to padlock the doors due to their own failures.

Unfortunately, President What-school-did-you-go-to is still in residence at the SFA, so it’s unlikely that we will see any clear action from Hampden to calm supporters of other clubs or the Scotland national team.

Well there still very much alive and kicking, vital part of the fabric of Scotland according to our PM, still more football club chairmen saying we need them than saying we don’t, a massive wall of silence since the EBT scandal expose on Wed night, why not take another tilt at having the ban overturned, chances are, eventually, one of their own will step in and bale them out.

I would never dare challenge your authority or, superior knowledge on ALL matters – Celtic FC.

But, even someone of the esteem of your Ghreatself….must take a step back and ask….why did Dallas not get sacked by the SFA ?

Do UEFA know what Dallas did ?

That is just one example of, the secret handshake pulling a stroke over Timdom!

    Why, for instance didn’t Celtic’s hierarchy kick-up a fuss over this obvious cover-up ?

Dallas was seen in the Rankers directors box along side, Mo Johnston only a matter of weeks before our game v’s the huns at new year. If my memory serves me correctly…the game in question was Rankers v ICT.

I seem to recall some unbelievable Mibbery taking place that day and, Terry Butcher sang from the masonic hymn-sheet…”Nothing to see hear, move along Timmy!”

Two days after THAT game, it was anounced that, our old friend, Willie Gollum would referee the ne’erday derby at CP ?!?!?!?

This decision had Dallas’s fingerprints all over it.

Dallas would have been as well holding a LL-conference and standing on top of a table with his trouser-leg rolled up and, his left/right nipple exposed and announced “Timmy. We are the people who do what we want, when we want and, for as long as we want to do it. If you can’t accept that then….may i remind you that…The Famine Is Over so, why don’t you go home ?”

Paul 67, Oh, Great One. The secret handshake is alive and…reigning over us!

    Sad, but true.

    God Bless

    Hail Hail

Fifa and Uefa have both told BBC Scotland they’re not planning to get involved in Rangers v SFA but Fifa’s Article 64 prohibits this move.

Strange comment from the governing bodies after there actions in the Sion case ? Wonder what makes this different ?

    ——————————–

Nothing too strange there. They let the Sion thing rumble on for months, waiting for the Swiss FA to do the right thing, before they gave them an ultimatum. If you remember, it was December before the Sion carry on was resolved.

    ———

precisely. we’re not planning on getting involved as we’re sure you’ll do the right thing. you will now, won’t you?

Just heard the news that duff&duffer have went to the civil court ,well well, well .

Sion anyone ,REGAN this is what happens when you get into bed with snakes .

The thing that struck me about this ,is .

To a man I think we all thought they got off lightly with the original sanctions and should have been expelled .Why are ragers not feeling the same ,what has a 12 month ban on signing over 18s actually done to ragers for them to take such drastic action .

They were already banned from signing ANY player whilst in admin so what is the problem .

Is the Green plan dependant on some scheme to generate cash from player trading (hence the Strettford connection

Also why are they stating that they will be badly compromised when competing in the SPL next season ,who has told them they will be in the SPL next term

On this day David Murray replicated that feat.

One thing to be sure is that Duff and Phelps guys are not

Idiots, despite what we may think.

Every action they have taken will have been gone through in every detail

A whiteboard session detailing objectives, anticipated response from all angles,

Media, all football bodies, fans, other clubs etc, would all have been considered before hitting the trigger.

So rest assured there is a plan.

Paul Clark, joint administrator, said: “We

“This will enable the true facts to emerge

and demonstrate clearly that we have acted

“We were contacted by the IPA following a

“There has been wave after wave of wild

fully with the investigation. We have already
