The Scottish Football League programme is now finished with only play-offs still to complete but there is still a great deal of business to complete. The remarkable persistence of First Division clubs to find a financial model which will allow them to retain full time football shows no sign of ending, despite the difficulties presented from a couple of quarters.
Meanwhile the Third Division champions have even more pressing matters. They have now finished their league programme and can now officially be told what they have perhaps unofficially suspected for some weeks. Charles Green has agreed to remain a director until the end of this month. Before he goes the ownership of Ibrox, as well as the appropriateness of the club’s IPO in December, will need to be established. They have a three week window but nothing happens until the lawyers report, which I expect this week.
It was two years ago today Sir David Murray took a £1 payment and relieved himself of outstanding commitments to Lloyds Banking Group, the legacy of his time at Rangers. The support Craig Whyte received at critical times in the months which followed was breath-taking. Every hack, side-kick, and numpty ‘fan’ who told the rest to set aside all common sense deserve a medal for what they did to that club.
They don’t even understand the mock-worship Celtic fans offer Whyte is a parody on where they were 2011-12.

Magic…..
Yeovil v Sheff uUd coming up. Rooting for Yeovil , not just because they wear green but I cannot stand that Morgan fellow in charge of The Blades, he smashed a fellow pro`s jaw with a sickening elbow assault and was never punished properly for it.
Happy birthday paul67..

Thinking about the killie fan who sadly passed away at the match yesterday.
I totally agree that the match should be stopped … just wondering why ours wasnt stopped a couple of seasons back when we played the hertz at celtic park
The paramedics were working on the guy in section 112 … the fans were silent and focused on the battle to save the guy.
Play went on regardless .. oh … and those nice fans from Gorgie spat their disgraceful wishes to the poor guy
A few years back , after we had been put out the cup by Clyde the Burgh CSC arranged a trip to Blackpool to watch the local team take on the mighty Yeovil. This trip was taken to support the Mighty Yeovil due to the fact they had chose to wear green & white hoops in honour of CFC.
What a weekend.
No idea of the resultYeovil Bhoys were magic.Only down side was Colin Hendry had been bulletted a few days early as Blackpool boss.
Would have been nice to remind him of the 5-1 game .
Hail Hail

I can meet you somewhere on the way back from work for a beer and some soft drinks (I’ll be driving).
THE BOY JINKY
The fella was on the row behind me,and it was swiftly vacated to let the emergency services do their bit.
No argument from those we squeezed alongside to watch the game of course.
The conduct of the Hearts fans was unforgivable and unreported.
I hope they were proud of themselves…..

Yeovil got beat 2-0. Thankfully!
They almost scored right at the death and the winchburgh CSC to a man were nearly on the park.
I dread to think what would have happened has they won!!!
Great trip though.
Yeovil till I die, I’m Yeovil till I die!!

Giulio Andreotti has died, aged 94.
Who?
The most powerful and influential post-war Italian politician – that’s who.
A leading light in the now-dissolved Christian Democratic Party – ‘tho never it’s official leader – he nevertheless served seven terms as PM, as well as being Minister of Defence, Interior Minister and Foreign Minister. He was PM during the abduction of Aldo Moro, . refusing to enter into dialogue with his (Moro’s) Red Brigades captors.
Andreotti and Moro never saw eye to eye.
Possibly the most respected, but at the same time the most reviled politician in Italy Andreotti was also the Mafia’s man at the centre of government. A claim he always denied. He also had VERY close ties to the Vatican.
Andreotti knew everyone, and everything that went on in Italy.
A VERY brief post on the man – I could be here until midnight if I wanted to write more about the man!
HH!!
