An appropriate course of action when you are the chairman or a non-executive director of a PLC when a fellow director and, until last week, chief executive, has been reported to the Serious Fraud Office for matters in connection with the company, would be to immediately contact the accuser asking for full and immediate disclosure of information which could materially affect investors and the company’s trading position.
The “compelling evidence that Messrs Green and Ahmad received a letter before claim in December 2012, having received previous correspondence, and chose to ignore it” sounds like a signed-for receipt. If this was received before 22 December, the date of Rangers International FC PLC’s IPO, it is of critical importance that the board ask for sight of the evidence, irrespective of what Mr Green says about its existence.
This season’s Third Division has nine days to run and it would inconvenience many if these matters were brought to a head before then, but the duty of directors is clear; they cannot postpone attending to the interests of investors until after the football season.
Lawyers acting for RIFC PLC should politely request full disclosure from the other party, without delay.
Some in the SFA may be tempted to attempt another Grand Plan to prepare for and accommodate and almighty collapse at one club. Grand Plans don’t work in these circumstances; the last one led to the current Lawyers at Dawn scenario.
We await the SFA acting in relation to RIFC PLC’s claim that Sevco 5088 Ltd, a company Craig Whyte is a registered director of, is part of their group. This is in direct contradiction to an earlier representation made to the SFA, and breaks a condition of their membership of the Association.
Current SFA president, Campbell Ogilvie, is a former Rangers director. My prediction is that hell will freeze over before he allows the SFA to act on this matter. The SFA shall wilfully ignore its own rules.

Got punted out of my seat in 103 for the champions league games, ended up in the gods in the Jock Stein Stand, crap view. Sympathise with those in this predicament.
The Europa League was entertaining with Spurs games on TV but for some reason I can`t enjoy watching Chelsea. :-/

Wasn’t the athletic dropped due to the cycle track being removed?
This just crossed my tiny mind : is the random seat allocation a sneaky attempt to mess up The Green Brigade?
Just thinking.
Not often right, but I’ve probably got it wrong again.
TBJ, no, Eammons early twenties, nice lhad.
Funny story about my visit there, I’ll tell you it when I see you, big riddie for me.
I see I’m not the only one to think such a thing.
Just because you’re paranoid……..
Bazzabhoy
Stay cool brother , your price will not go up.
You cannae split up the Burgh bus bud.
Your services are required for the cairry oot!
Doc, will do. There’s a good possibility I’ll be buying additional kids tickets, so if the extended family section is around my area, fair enough.
Danso, other way about.
Been in same seat in LL since it was built and can understand how people get attached to their seat. I am so glad that we are talking about stuff like this on here – imagine what it must be like tonight if you support another team.Wonder what tomorrow might bring…..HH and good night all.
yes , reverse psychology paul soy ou really are ceo of celtic?
Paul67, gets the kids close to the GB, not too close though, lateral movement!;-)
I love being close to them, as does Miss Doc.
Can’t understand why Celtic would invest £3m in SB reductions only to turn it into a PR disaster by moving a number of faithful SB holders.
Hope there is a good reason.
That said, I’ve had the same seat in section 102 since the North Stand was built and so have most of the fans around me. We have experienced many highs and lows together so I wouldn’t be chuffed if the TO tried to move me.

Shocking tackle by Luiz, he ment it, could have ended yer mans career, a yellow card, a feckin joke.
Compare and contrast Suarez, aye, he is a racist scumbag, but a 10 game ban, for that, and a yellow.
No wonder folks are giving up on the game.
No way am I defending Suarez BTW.
I have always considered myself a mineshafter…..but
reading cqn the night it seem’s am a happyclapper.
dontknowyerlucky csc..
is it to late to nominate another entry for the turner prize – I have a classic example of abstract surrealism down govan way – they could do with the 25k
Sometimes being off work isn’t much fun, pleurisy isn’t something that you want to have when watching your grandkids. Thought as I was off work I would volunteer to watch 2 of my grankids, big mistake, after about an hour I realised that I was in serious difficulty and had to phone the wife to come home from work.
Feeling really worse for wear just now, painkillers are ok but just going up stairs is a real effort, doc says I could be off work for 4 weeks. I thought it was going to be a holiday but now realise this is a real illness and it doesn’t mess around.
I intended to buy an extra 2 season tickets this comming season but my daughter has informed me that would be sexist as I also have a grand daughter, so my £100 discount has now turned into a £50 loss as I have to buy 3 kids tickets. My question is, are Celtic providing crech facilities for all home games?
Oh well! Seems 3adults 4 kids being asked to dislodge oor arses from JS upper.
Will determine motivation of club tomorrow!!!
I imagine we will be offered tix in a more expensive section to nullify cost of £100 reduction.
MWD cynic!!!
THE EXILED TIM
Degan tripped Luiz and gave him a bit of verbal, two minutes later Luiz goes right through him, not nice to see that, I rarely watch Chelsea as they have always been my least favourite London team, they always had decent players but there is something scummy about them that a right few quid from Russia can’t wash away, I’ve seen their fans close up and personal, not pretty..
Luiz should have been off for that tackle. Total disgrace.
I like Leigh Griffith as a player – he has been great this year.I’ve also watched Niall McGinn about 10 times this season and he has been great. These are the two best nominations for POTY.
Both would really struggle to get in to Celtic team.
Nuff said…

Brilliant Mate.
EddieinKirkMichael, I’ll refer you to the answer I gave to Paul67 earlier, get reasonably close to the GB, the kids will watch them as much as the game.

I believe if your ticket cost £400 this season it will be £300 next, it’s the season after that worries me, a bit.

I was watching the Fenerbache game, and just flicked over a few mins or so before that tackle, and it was a revenge tackle.
I agree about the club, they are scum alright.
The ref gives a yellow, end of, a joke, end of.
And the commentating, dearie me.
HH
Next season the hun…..will be watching fae
the hoose.
I don’t have a scooby about the happyclapper, mineshafter thing.
I am a Celtic supporter, always have been, always will be.
Celtic FC, No PLC.

What would I be BTW ?
@@@@@@@@@@EXCLUSIVE%%%%%%%%%%%
Been waiting 3 years for this
I phoned Celtic ticket office to enquire after a parent and child ticket, was told that the new family section is in the Jock Stein lower. All adults without kids asked to leave as gonna be hoopy hound kids disco face painting balloons (maybe the hun creditor will make £s) so no conspiracy /no agenda against Green Brigade,, just a club trying to chsange the matchday experience
Doc is Neil Lennon, are you going to the BMCUWP hootenanny on saturday? If yes, here’s a question.
Lagavullin 1991 or Tomatin 15 Y.O.?
3E will also be available for general quaffing by the assembled hootenanniers:-)
Pfayr
Mair like insurance scam!!!
My seat was in the main stand next to the press for many years, at the champions league games the press occupied my seat, I got moved to the far end of the stand(crap seat) for some of the games.
I paid a visit to the ticket office before one of the champions league games to ask If I could get a better seat this time, she told me it was the luck of the draw where my seat would be and could not help, she also stated in a cheeky way, it is only for a couple of games.
One of the games I got moved to the front stand, I told the ticket office that I had paid the ticket price for my seat in the upper stand, They told me they could do nothing about that and stated that if I had got moved to better seat they would not have charged me any more
So as I posted earlier, they will not charge any more if they move you.
