An appropriate course of action when you are the chairman or a non-executive director of a PLC when a fellow director and, until last week, chief executive, has been reported to the Serious Fraud Office for matters in connection with the company, would be to immediately contact the accuser asking for full and immediate disclosure of information which could materially affect investors and the company’s trading position.
The “compelling evidence that Messrs Green and Ahmad received a letter before claim in December 2012, having received previous correspondence, and chose to ignore it” sounds like a signed-for receipt. If this was received before 22 December, the date of Rangers International FC PLC’s IPO, it is of critical importance that the board ask for sight of the evidence, irrespective of what Mr Green says about its existence.
This season’s Third Division has nine days to run and it would inconvenience many if these matters were brought to a head before then, but the duty of directors is clear; they cannot postpone attending to the interests of investors until after the football season.
Lawyers acting for RIFC PLC should politely request full disclosure from the other party, without delay.
Some in the SFA may be tempted to attempt another Grand Plan to prepare for and accommodate and almighty collapse at one club. Grand Plans don’t work in these circumstances; the last one led to the current Lawyers at Dawn scenario.
We await the SFA acting in relation to RIFC PLC’s claim that Sevco 5088 Ltd, a company Craig Whyte is a registered director of, is part of their group. This is in direct contradiction to an earlier representation made to the SFA, and breaks a condition of their membership of the Association.
Current SFA president, Campbell Ogilvie, is a former Rangers director. My prediction is that hell will freeze over before he allows the SFA to act on this matter. The SFA shall wilfully ignore its own rules.

TET, good score on the bey last night. Next time Mrs TET gives you a tip phone the ACGR hotline………………………..please!!!!
Nice one.
When is it that you BOL is in spain?
Why don’t the Club have a Supporters Representative , who’s job would entail collating information on a variety of subjects raised by supporters . This information would keep the Club in touch with supporters feelings and should allow any problems to be addressed at an early stage . Questionnaires could be issued to supporters on important issues and joint policies formulated for the good of the Club .
Or am I just being stupid , again :-)

I was thinking of Fran Sandaza earlier where I heard that wee r**t union man, who only has the players interests at heart over the employers voice (Wishart)
I wonder how he is getting on preparing Frans compensation for wrongful dismissal claim ,Im sure he will be giving it his all helping his union member in his £1.5 battle against whatever they are called today.
Good night all

A friend of mine is chairman of the well society. He and another member were recently voted onto the motherwell board as full directors
I think that’s a brilliant idea
TBJ, I’m in 402 E and renewed yesterday at £488. I think I saw an earlier post from someone in 402 EE at £388.
I demand a move.
I get moved for every european game because uefa demand a certain number of seats. After the move is sorted I get a letter telling me that the seat is now free (usually after the deadline for transferring back). I got really pissed off with this after the TO moved me to a seat in 406 which I categorically assured was unrestricted view. Myself, young acgr, PC67 and his lad turn up for the Benfica game to find we have a pillar two feet in front of us. It transpires that my interpretation of the term “unrestricted view” is somewhat different from the clubs.
Anyway, when it happens next season I will be moving somewhere below row S (pillar central).

ACGR, gutted not to be sharing that one!
But it the twins birthday weekend, and it does take all weekend.
Bada was it panama jacks
If clearing an area in JS upper, hope they then put the tourists ( prawn sandwich brigade) for home European games in there, that way I’ll be left in my own seat. A huge frustration for many of us
Looks more likely the group who are moved for European games may suffer further as less seats may be available at lower levels ? Impacting on many more than those being asked to move
Only saying
Hail hail
Apples?

It’s no my BOL, it’s my SOL, they will be here the 11th, ready to golf on the 12th.
He is a proper golfer, if he didn’t spend most of his life offshore, he would be a very low handicap, as it is, he is about 7-8.

Must read from Pilger on Thatcher’s inhumanity, corruption and murder – Dance on Thatcher’s grave, but remember… – http://johnpilger.com/articles/dance-on-thatcher-s-grave-but-remember-there-has-been-a-coup-in-britain …
SFA asking for clarification and more detail reminds me of a goalkeeper who misses the ball that is thrown to him by the ball boy, eventually places it on the wrong spot only to be advised by referee that it should be elsewhere then wipes the ball and replaces it before running back 10 yards to kick it but has to remove a divot and repeat his run up and so on. The ref looks at his watch but does nothing !
This happened before and it allowed a dead club to trade whilst insolvent until the end of the season.
This happened before when a dead club was kept alive during the close season.
Was it not Henry Afrikas?

Well if they are representing ALL supporters it doesn’t seem to be working too well . You just have to look at the recent issue with meetings between the Club and these bodies about the GB and the fallout that entailed .
Just trying to think of ways to get a better more joined up approach to things which involve us all .
HH
CowieBhoy, phone the TO and ask, if they don’t know ask who you should write to.
It’s a fair point.

I get the point, but I genuinely don’t know how to do it better.
This is the best we have and don’t have a realistic alternative.

Why would scum be harsh ?
Serious question.
They financially dope, that is scummy IMO.
As for their supporters, you might have a different story to tell than I do.

I know our board are against a Supporters Rep on the board but I’m thinking more of a employee of the club who reports to the board and any relevant departments about fans concerns and opinions .

TET, confuddled! that’s the point. We are all Happy Clappers and Mineshafters.
When we are happy we are one, when disgruntled we are the other, it depends on what makes you happy.
