As six Celtic fans face the prospect of months in a Dutch jail if police evidence is preferred, take a look at this CCTV video from the Euro Pub in Dam Square:
This is no more than the strong bullying the vulnerable. It is shocking and affected more than just Celtic fans, other innocent bystanders were picked on.
What can you do about it? We’re looking for around 40 more bucketeers to collect before the Aberdeen game on Saturday for the legal defence of the six Celtic fans. You’ll need to get to the stadium a bit early, bucket shaking will be required. That’s all.

Sorry, fholks. I think I have cottoned on now. The prosecution lawyer was presenting his preliminary argument by telling the court what the police have said happened.
The bhoys’ defence lawyer gets to respond, but we are still meant to be hearing preliminary arguments. The judge isn’t keen for statements from the Celtic Six to be part of the preliminary stuff.

The judge could dismiss the case against the Celtic Six, as the defence lawyer has requested, or ask to hear more evidence, from the bhoys, from other Celtic fans who were there and from the police.
I hope the defence lawyer has done enough for the judge to conclude that the information the Amsterdam police have disseminated is contradictory, that the arrests were unfair and that the Celtic Six should be allowed to go home.
I wd expect the Dutch lawyer acting for our fans will show the court the Ajax thugs attack the pub where the Celtic fans were having a drink? Also highlight there was response from the Dutch thug police.

a daft question …if no doctor took blood samples for alcohol testing ..how can they prove they were under the influence to such an extent that they did not even react to pain ?

If the case is thrown out and the Bhoys are allowed home that is just the first step.
Everyone who has been wronged should apply for compensation in this case.
This police force should not be free to do this to another set of football supporters.
It looks very clear to me from the events of the two days in Amsterdam that the police there are either part of the Ajax ultras or certainly have the same mind set and are no better than them.
Justice must be served here not only for the Bhoys imprisoned but also for furture football supporters who are going to Amsterdam to watch their team.

He asked the judge if he wanted to see the videos as part of the preliminary arguments. The judge wanted to hear the arguments first. So, if necessary, the videos will be seen later.
I hope and suspect the fact the judge is going away to consider the issue is just a feeble attempt to save face for the Dutch police a little.
The case should have been thrown out the minute the video evidence started coming to light. The judge can’t have too much doubts in his mind as to the righful decision if he only needs an hour to ‘consider’ it.
Bring them home.

I don’t know anyone who would not have ‘resisted’ the type of ‘arrest’ I have seen on the footage.
If there is any justice these guys will walk.
