You know when you get to a stage with a player when you think, “Moussa, how about you slow down with the international goals?” Celtic are ticking along well right now, and while I appreciate how important it is that when we sell players, we sell them at an elevated price, I’d be happy if Moussa didn’t attract too much attention right now.
His hat-trick for France under-21 last night was another milestone in his inextricable rise to the top. Coming hard on the heels of Olivier Ntcham stealing the show last week for the same international side, we can expect plenty of scouts at Celtic Park in the coming weeks.
Australia v Honduras tomorrow morning is the last World Cup qualification fixture involving Celtic players before headcount returns to full levels at Lennoxtown. This international break (for those who got the break) was invaluable to Celtic. We have two games per week from Ross County on Saturday until the winter break on 30 December.
That’s 13 games in 42 days, including a cup final, two Champions League fixtures, Aberdeen, Hibs, Hearts and Newco; the squad will be stretched to its limit.

Re Res 12, the question to ask would be that if the compliance officer produces a whitewash, will Celtic take this to UEFA?

Joe – We’ve been standing alone in Scot football on EBTs, cheating and other matters. We need to find a way to make SFA do what we want “If Stewart Regan this morning told me he’d told lies I wouldn’t believe him” but we need to find a way to bring the cheats to account #ticagm

Plans to develop main stand?
Not at moment, it is getting old and constantly looking at it but £30m-£40m to redevelop. Getting older and more of a priority but not immediately

Brendan on centre half issue – Not too many Toure’s about. It’s a challenge to bring in. Do you bring in a young talent? We need to sign a centre half. We have great centre half’s but they need to be available #ticagm
Nir Bitton has been brilliant for me
Supreme Court dismisses The Whisky Assoc Appeal in relation to Scot Gov imposing a minimum price on strong alcohol.
From little I know about this as I tend not to drink spirits nor do I drink in the house, this means for example a bottle of Cider that is around £4,95…will now cost approx £11.50, from supermarkets and Off Licences ? Maybe someone can correct me on that ?
As for you Bhoys and Ghirls that enjoy a whiskey and/or vodka etc in your house, I would be interested to know what can of price hike this means for folk ?
My understanding is that PUB Prices will not be affected ?….maybe I’ve got that wrong also ?
Lastly, I wonder if those Scottish MP’s at Westminster who voted for this minimum pricing etc….will they REFUSE the CHEAP DRINK that is available to them in places such as Westminster or indeed Holyrood ( IF Holyrood has a Bar ?)
I’m confused…yet again.
