We’ll done. 3 points job done.
Plus points – scintillating first 45 minutes. Absolutely unplayable.
Some Minuses?
Tactical change at half time killed momentum. 3-0 up is the time to try things I suppose.
Feeble contributions from the bench from Bauer and, in particular, Johnston.
Neil’s unprofessional response to Johnston.
Go watch “Casino” Neil. There’s a reason people put their hands across their mouths.
“F*** off” & “f***in’ waste of a sub” might be an understandable sentiment – we don’t need to see it.

First half was stunning. Looked like Wembley in May, rather than the ploughed field that is Muirton in January.
Always hard to come out and play the second half with the game so readily won. If there was a time to experiment with formation, this second half was a good a time as any.
Missed the last 20 mins due to, well having to work at work. Are the posts above a true portrayal of MJ and NFL?
Thought, from what I saw, that Taylor looked decent.

Overall, very good performance. Some tinkering and strange subs meant we lost all momentum secon half, but better to experiment when well ahead so hopefully better off in long run. Also feels like new players with Simunovic, Griff and Taylor getting back in and all contributing positively. We will also be adding Elyonousi, Elhamedi, Soro, Biton and Christie so that will give even more competition for places and shoul strengthen us. Still feel we could use 1 Centre back and a winger.

Didn’t understand getting rid if 2 fit wingers when the 2 left wingers remains are fit less than 50% of time..and need a centre half. Right back now ..I take out we have zero ambition for Europa cup….

Great first half. 5-0 at halftime would have been deserved, at least. Second half was very strange. Bauer set the tone with poor touches. Mentally we seemed to have switched off. Lucky not to concede.
On the Mikey injury. He was assessed by the physio and cleared to play on. Clearly it was a knock to the knee which may have been able to be run off or at least deal with the pain. No internal damage.
The fact that we made the sub rather than giving it a few minutes was the part that was wrong. Not Mikey playing on or him eventually having to come off.
Poor from the manager and terrible man management.
From a thrilling feeling at halftime I’m somewhat subdued by the events of the second half.
onenightinlisbon on
We all would have taken 3 nil before the match started but the second half was poor and once again the manager’s subs were poor. Klimala should have had at least half an hour, game won and we still risked injury to Eddie. Disappointed in his attitude towards Johnston as well.
An Dun on
If Jozo has injured himself in that first half then he simply has to be let go come the season’s end. That first half will not get any easier for a Celtic CB.

We won 3 nil away on a soaking pitch against a team that has conceded 2 in last 5 games. By any standards that is a brilliant result. Ghuys here were making a big deal that we had 2 more aways, than the Huns. Well it’s now one and we have actually extended our goal difference.
Any disappointment is only because we were pure fantastic first half.
A mixture of them toughening up, us taking our foot off the gas & strange substitutions, created a comparatively disappointing second half.
Personally I would have liked Polish Paddy to have been the first sub on but if Jozo needs minding than Lenny was right in taking him off.
The Mikey incident is disappointing, I feel sorry for the kid, he is desperately trying to establish himself but will get the bollicking of his life for that call but he will learn and he will become a big player for us.
Taylor was a big positive today, hope he gets an extended run on team tonight.
Another big positive is The Griff, he is on his way back to the top.
The only big negative is I have about 6 candidates for my Jobo selection & I have to start whittling them down to 3 now.

After 3rd goal i was hoping that we would take foot off the gas to preserve players ( plus score a few more goals, if chances presented themselves) .
It was disappointing that due to the changes ( enforced or tactical) we were doing more running on a heavy pitch in the second half.
