The Israeli press have published three significant revelations about the Gaza holocaust, reporting (1) that Benjamin Netanyahu concealed advanced knowledge of the Hamas attack on October 7, (2) that Israel rejected a Hamas offer to release all civilian hostages immediately after October 7, and (3) that according to an IDF drone operator, the Israeli military was intentionally firing on civilians throughout Gaza during its operations in the Palestinian territory.

Should St Mirren have had a penalty against Rangers last night? 🤔

$5000……think it could swing it for Aipple et al? (would cost $1.3 trill btw)
Great work from Michael Rosen…..
It’s funny Andy Halliday on the Saints ‘penalty’ and Kris Boyd on our disallowed goal….
and yet we get the likes of Scott Brown and James McFadden falling in line on many occasions………

I thought High was ineffective last night and reading back see a few posts saying it was because he didn’t get any service.
I think MoN knocked that idea on the head when he said the forwards have to create space in the box and not expect the ball to be laid on a plate for them. He didn’t miss with his words.
Thought Mheuka looked far more dangerous in his all too brief cameo.
If it is all about picking your best players in the here and now then Duran has to start on Sunday and start as CF. I would start JF ahead of Tounekti and I would bring on Mheuka for at least 20 mins in 2nd half.

Kris Boyd said at half time that Høgh would do what a natural forward would do, press forward then back off to create space to attack a delivered cross. Unfortunately the delivered cross didn’t happen.

MoN on last night and how we made it difficult for ourselves to score:
Not sure if MON named checked Kasper specifically?
He (MON) did speak about passing and passing and not shooting.
Hogh did as much as I expected for a guy just back from 2 weeks off with a muscle injury.
He was also, as pointed out by others, pivotal in our winning goal
AND the goal that was bizarrely ruled out.
Interesting cameo around 51 minutes.
Ball is out on the Celtic left for a fair bit of time.
3 opportunities to cross.
Kasper makes 3 separate moves .. each time securing space, each time holding his hand up to signal his availability.
Ball didn’t arrive.

I thought our crossing was poor last night . Hassan put in a lot of crosses but many went straight to the keeper or hit a defender . Tounekti put in fewer crosses , and also
lacked quality or accuracy for the main part.

I was in touch with Glasgow University Theoretical Physics department this morning, a few of them were at the game last night , and they state it is impossible for a moving object to bend space and time in the manner that would allow a scenario such as last night. I.e for the ball to drop in a straight line …
The only environmental conditions were this could happen theoretically happen is 0.45678 seconds after the big bang.
It will be interesting to see how wee Willie explains this.

I will excuse Hogh’s poor performance last night and give him the benefit of the doubt because I thought our two wingers were severely lacking in their ball-crossing. Over-hit, under-hit or blocked. It wasn’t good enough and Hogh was probably within his right to feel disappointed with both of them…

3 points away from home & a clean sheet. Always welcome.
Thought the match was ok, not great or awful just ok.
Our forwards need to work harder to get on the end of crosses, MON was correct about this. A winger can’t be expected to place each cross exactly on a teammates napper/foot. No winger ever has.
I still reckon we’re missing a destroyer in midfield, too easy to play through. It won’t be fatal domestically but it will hurt us in Europe.
Amywho, maybe we’ll fix it in the coming weeks.
Another win. At least with MON we can rely on that.
The disallowed goal is just another piece of evidence that anti-Celtic sentiment surfs through Scottish fitba. A blatant disgrace. It will keep happening, though, as we do nothing about it (or if we do in private it’s having zero effect).
Makes winning all the sweeter but still pisses me off.
Get Mheuka more mins.

In which case he will be familiar with Gods Atom and the theoretical conditions that could only result in the ball going out of play.
Seriously ( I think ) I’m expecting some serious blowback re this decision, it is ridiculous.

It will bring a smile to my face if Mheuka starts on Sunday and Hogh is on the bench. This young lad could cause the hun central defenders loads of problems and if you add Duran to the equation, it could be really exciting. Plus it’s good news that Tierney is fit again.

In the hun-highlights, the currants new player Kelsey chopped at Gogic’s arm; kinda like when Auston got red carded for doing the same (abeit more force) against Hibs.
Don’t even think the player was spoken to far less booked.

If I’m Hogh, I’m scratching my head about MoN’s comments.
He continually made space for himself last night and the ball just didn’t come to him.
It’s poor coaching.

I’d take a Madden or Beaton reffing us over Don Robertson.
Robertson is front and centre at some of the worst calls against us in recent years.

A family arrived and said they had papers
to prove that his house was theirs. ‘No, no,’ said the man, ‘my people have always lived here, my father, grandfather …. and look, the garden,
my great-grandfather planted that.’ ‘No, no, ‘said the family, ‘look at the documents.’
There was a stack of them.
‘Where do I start?’ said the man.
‘No need to read the beginning,’ they said,
‘turn to the page marked Promised Land,’
‘Are they legal?’ he said, ‘who wrote them?’
‘God.
I,’ they said, ‘God wrote them, look –
Here come His tanks.’
