Decent performance. Lots of room for improvement though.
Goal scorer and broony back and my nerves will ease a little.
Derk looks up for it. Tommy lee and Will Smith in shortly with their wee eraser thingy soon ;)
Still no negatives, this must be a record?
Worth pointing out that the majority of St J attacks were up their right side putting Izzy under more pressure than the rest of the defence.

Considering the results up in Perth over the last couple of years a great result, signs of a good team spirit , passing much improved, effort certainly improved, a centre forward and a playmaker will do nicely to help the manager develop this team.
3 goals, 3 pts, Progress and relieves a little pressure on Ronny.

from what I gather commons and stokes poor although they combined for the opener, and berget / derk offered some pace and movement up front when they came on.
those that saw the game, do you think they will have pushed their was into saturdays starting line up in place of commons and stokes.?

Well done Ronny and the Bhoys. A very difficult match negotiated well. Some good second half performances from Derk, Berget, McGregor in particular. Virgil and Mikael solid throughout 90 minutes. Kris and Stokesie did very well for first goal but were otherwise quiet. Kris did get into some good positions before being subbed but the ball did not come to him. Craig Gordon looked the class keeper that we all know he is. Let’s pray he remains injury free.
I hope this will give the players and fans (me in particular) confidence to kick start our season.
