This is the result of passivity and not challenging what is obviously a corrupt process.
Time the gloves came off.
4 days to charge Brown and after 8 months CAS not asked to investigate what took place in 2011 that had better include all dates covered in the Res12 Archive.

Are SFA acting in best interests of the Association by stalling on reference to CAS?
Perhaps they think they are for the truth would not be in the best interests of the Association.

It doesn’t matter whether Kents punch connected or where it connected, he threw a punch.
As I’ve said many times, if you throw a punch and the person ducks so it doesn’t connect, the crime is still the same.

P.S. I also thought N’tcham’s run up for the pen. last night was borderline illegal. I think he stopped his run up and went again. I wonder if the ref would have chalked it off if he’d scored- seems not as he allowed the follow up shot.

According to BT Sports resident referee, stopping or stuttering during the run up is permissible. It’s the striking of the ball which must be a continuous action.

Yip, punch (shove) joins liquidation (continuation) and incorporation (separation) in the Newspeak Orwellian Dicktionary of Scoddish Football.
As for Broony’s discriminatory charge. . . .
Is the turning of the game into a farce acting “in the best interests of Association football? ”
Like saying, oh, I dunno, that a 7 year old team is (maybe next year?) “going for 55”.
Still, if you’re prepared to stand for that shite, don’t be surprised when they treat you as such.

100% agree.
I wasn’t going to be too annoyed if Kent was able to play a couple more games for the zombies. Their season is over with or without him.
However, this is a sinister turn. The SFA shouldn’t be able to deny us Broony for the semi-final on the back of some vague and made up charge.
The club is now forced to act.

Bemused to see reports all over Newsnow that Celtic have released a statement about Broony yet it doesn’t appear on the official site!
Mind you, the site is such a mess it’s maybe that I just can’t see it!
