We had a player in our back 3 who would be lucky to get a game in the Scottish championship
Would never consider sacking a manager after 3 games but this guy is way out his league to start Tounekti in the last 3 games is baffling. Kieran Tierney is finished he’ll never last more than 60mins another waste of £50 grand a week.

The managers has no pre season, no defence, and no strikers. he is trying with the 3 pairing up on each wing. but there not good enough Ralston Hatate, Touneki, leaves touneki on his own.
Scales Tierney Maeda , Scales is not a first team starter Maeda just not working for him, he is away . The managers got a polan but not the players, 2 windows he deserves.
The board, Tisdale, WN and every player except McGregor can fuck off!

It’s very very seldom that I slag off our playing or coaching staff, the players are as good as they can be, else they would be playing for better teams, but FFS, bringing in players from the Irish league and expect them to perform is utter madness.

For those that think this is a cheap hire option I think given the way he plays and the squad we have there will need to be serious investment to have any chance of making it work. Cheap would have been keeping MON for the season.

The board has happily presided over a downsizing process both in terms of the playing staff and our expectations (Baby Desmond stated we can forget about Europe). You reap what you sow and today was just another example of that. The new manager has inherited a shit playing squad and that’s not on him. What is on him is his arrogance to think that a system which has clearly failed can win us a cup final.
We are not anywhere near the bottom, that is coming though…
Like most disasters , this disaster is a culmination of different factors .
My guess is that BR lost faith in Tisdale’s choice of players .
Tisdale has brought us Balikwisha,Tounecki,Yamada .Nygren .
The season before we splaffed £26 million on Engels , Trusty , etc .
We have sold all the goals scoring players since Matt O’Riley , and replaced them with much inferior players .
Dermot D then shows a macontented Rodger’s , who’s boss .
Dermot Desmond get’s his son to do the same with our malcontented fans .
We then gamble of a college style coach .
Who has a naive untested ( in Europe) philosophy on tactics .
This is in danger of becoming a catastrophy for our league title ambitions.
I have been a supportive fan of Dermot for many years .
In the past he has corrected his errors .
I am now lacking faith in his judgement.
He is pig headed and the club is suffering .

I don’t feel sorry for our manager…he’s clearly not up to it…MON pulled back an eight point lead from Hearts..
Nancy comes in and has a home game against Hearts who couldn’t buy a win in last month to go top of the league…We get beat.
He then sends out same team in a European night under the floodlights at Celtic Park to get embarrassed in first 45 minutes…
He then sticks with the same system…but with players even less suited to this failing system in a cup final against a team who had 3 league wins out of last 15 games…only to be embarrassed again…
Each game has shown an even weaker performance than game before…
Today should have been a game where we could maybe have got our season back on track…but it has quite clearly left our players bereft of any confidence that we had gained under the short period of MON in charge…
Eric Ten Hag was sacked recently after 3 games in charge…
Rangers sacked their manager in under 6 months…
It can…and should be done…before it’s too late..although I think it’s too late already…but this movie is not going to end well…
