ANTHONY STOKES paid tribute to Ronny Deila as the Norwegian celebrated his first trophy success as Celtic boss.
The Republic of Ireland striker said: “The gaffer has come in, changed a lot of things and it’s working now.
“There’s a long way to go, of course, but we’re making giant strides.
“Ronny has brought in a genuine work ethic and he’s relentless in what he wants.”
Stokes added: “I thought we controlled the game and played particularly well.
“We had a couple of chances we didn’t take and, on the whole, I thought it was a great performance.
“The plan is now to lift the treble because we want to win every tournament in which we compete.
“We’ve got United again in the Scottish Cup on Wednesday and we’re in a decent position in the league.
“We’re all looking forward to the challenges ahead.”
