STUBBS BRINGS IN THE BHOYS AS HENDERSON EXTENDS CELTIC CONTRACT

CELTIC’S talented teenager Liam Henderson has signed a new three-year deal with the SPFL champions.
Boss Ronny Deila has also agreed to loan the midfielder to Hibs for the season to give him the opportunity of regular first team football and to prepare the teenager for his career at Celtic.
The 19-year-old playmaker, who made his Hoops debut in December 2013, has made over 20 appearances for the club and is rated as an exciting prospect by his manager and backroom staff.
Henderson also enjoyed a loan spell at Norwegian side Rosenborg between April and June this year.

He will be joined at Easter Road by his Celtic pal Dylan McGeouch, who spent the last campaign on loan at the Edinburgh outfit.
The timing of Henderson’s arrival is perfect for Hibs gaffer Alan Stubbs, the former Celtic centre-half.
Scott Allan’s departure to the 4IAR Champions would have left a hole in the Hibs midfield, but the Hoops starlet will fill that void as Stubbs attempts to guide the club back to the Premiership.
Stubbs may be tempted to call his old club again for additional recruits before the window slams shut at the end of the month. A very interesting Championship race may emerge with the Easter Road club maintaining their 100% record of finishing higher in the league than their Ibrox rivals.
Good luck to Liam and to Dylan for the season ahead. See you back at Paradise next season Liam!
