Summer business underway as Fojut signed

559

Celtic tied-up their first piece of business for the summer 2012 transfer window this afternoon by securing Polish central defender, Jaroslaw Fojut, 24, on a pre-contract.  Jaroslaw moved to England straight from school to join Bolton Wanderers, who he made two appearances for, before spending short loan periods at Luton and Stockport.

He moved back to Poland as a 21-year-old and has become a popular player at Polish league leaders, Slask Wroclaw, who knocked Dundee United out of the Europa League qualifying rounds this season in their first European football adventure in 40 years.

I hear he is a solid defender who commands the air well and who is likely to have his best years ahead of him.

Slask offered him contract and were desperate to keep him. Player had “something else” on radar. Celtic were in bigger action after New Year.

I found old article where it wa said that Slask spent weeks on negotiations with Bolton. Bolton wanted to keep the player but he told them : no more bench, I want to play.

If you expect longer answer I’ll be on the computer in 30 minutes.

The eurostar goes directly into the park so no problem if you go by train…

Me and the missus are getting on fine, thanks for asking! Was weird the first few days, but I had been expecting it so I think that’s helped a bit, really think I’m going to need to get a new wee dog. It doesn’t feel like my home without one.

I stayed in the magic circus just in October, very nice inside, and we got a great deal by phoning them direct. Would highly recommend and we are looking to go back in Easter.

    Another project.

The gets a point where you have so many projects in the one position they cant all get a game and end up wasting away somewhere.

Its centre halves for today we need Celtic.

  9. I hope Jaroslaw becomes a star with us.

I will however, admit to a personal bugbear and that is players recommending signing targets.

Also as a side depending on how long you are planning to visit, the annual pass to Disney can work out cheaper than say a five day pass. It’s not advertised and we found out about it by accident, it’s definately worth looking into, it also gets you discounts at all shops inside the parks and priority seating in the restaurants.

Yes, I’ve been having DNS problems since getting home from work (VirginMedia) at 16:30. Web browsing has been painfully slow and the PS3 network has been unavailable. Seems to be getting a bit better now.
