Summer business underway as Fojut signed

559

Celtic tied-up their first piece of business for the summer 2012 transfer window this afternoon by securing Polish central defender, Jaroslaw Fojut, 24, on a pre-contract.  Jaroslaw moved to England straight from school to join Bolton Wanderers, who he made two appearances for, before spending short loan periods at Luton and Stockport.

He moved back to Poland as a 21-year-old and has become a popular player at Polish league leaders, Slask Wroclaw, who knocked Dundee United out of the Europa League qualifying rounds this season in their first European football adventure in 40 years.

I hear he is a solid defender who commands the air well and who is likely to have his best years ahead of him.

I’m the same mate think that’s the most i’ve put on a football bet in my life. Was so certain. Was fuming when i thought espanyol had lost with 10 mins to go.

I got dug up for racism the last time I used that line.

Some posters thought I was sneering at a simple use of numbers. I was actually in admiration of the beautiful simplicity of a counting system designed to identify enemies. If there’s more than 4, running is more of a priority than counting.

My Maths teacher, Mr. Russell, told me that tale and I still do not know if there is any glimmer of truth in it. There has been some IQ work done on the geographical memory for landmarks that Aboriginal nomads demonstrate. Some fascinating results but little of practical application emerged from it.

I saw Espanyol were 22/1 and thought is it worth a few bob, and very quickly put the notion right out of my head, that’s why it’s called gambling, I’m sure a few punters lots their shirt on that result tonight on the exchanges, I will find out later but I’m some would have been offering much more than the bookies sites and some would have taken them up.

  6. BT, You should get offered at least as good a deal, someone suggested the small claims court, might be best option.

We booked 10 days all incl last week and wee M got a call today about all the extras, they want another 170 quid off us which takes the edge off what we thought was a good deal.

We thought it was formerly booked but turned out it wasn’t …. I’m not too fussed as I’ll be using my winnings (Celtic winning the league) to pay most of it :>)

Can’t remember the season, Spurs v manure, spurs 3-0 up at half time, bloke punts 30k on spurs to win 3k, manure hump them 3-5,

I read afterwards he topped himself about a month later.

  10. TET,i work for the bookies and know there are a few shrewd punters about,do you do all your

gambling on line, and do you have any bother having bets accepted

Reports through that Sevilla sign Babá Diawara from Marítimo, on a four year deal. He’s a 24-year-old striker, from Senegal.

I do unfortunatly, there are no shops here in the part of the world I live in.

I have an account with most of the companys, I move the bets about, only ever bet on football, unless I get a tip, and invariably they lose.

As yet never been refused, but I doubt my bets would worry them enough to knock me back, average would be about 500 on a game, some more some less, had 1100 on tonight to win a grand.

What I have found is they are taking longer to process my account when I transfer my winnings to my bank account, it’s gone up from a week to about 3 weeks.

Thanks Kojo, it is an important book.

It is also good that Mr Z has given yourself the good news about our new signing, just like most of our recent signings I am sure he will turn out to be a very shrewd signing.
