If they were “getting away with it” they would be playing in the SPFL 1 with a strong squad, challenging and cheating us out of titles, being perceived as having had no break in their history at all by dint of the foregoing and playing in Europe.
Instead they started in the bottom tier, shafted themselves when shafting their creditors, were shafted in turn by spivs , leaving them in a position where they face a second administration, will have to reduce their outgoings, risk not getting promoted next season, almost definitely if the start with a points penalty and are out of Europe until 2016/17 at the earliest.
If that is your perception of getting away with it would you favour the death penalty?
They are a busted flush guys. I would not give them head room other than to ensure those in power who allowed them to damage our game do not get away with it.
Have been reading back, and haven’t seen anyone question Auldheid on this, though I might have missed it. Can I just ask you, Auldheid, when,exactly, did Rangers(1872-2012) exit their first administration?

If you read my reply to STEINREIGNEDSUPREME I expect you will find that I pointed out that their death,as perceived by most of us,has been greatly exaggerated.
Perceived being the operative word.
To date,as I said,they are still lording it with all the poison they had before. In the same colours. With the same five stars. In the same stadium. Which is frequented by the same fans.
They are fawned over in the same way by the same media in the same way.
So you’ll pardon me if my perception of punishment varies from yours.
IMO no punishment has been applied,and they’ve even largely avoided the consequences of their crimes. Crimes against the game,against individual clubs,against tax law,against fiscal regulations,against stock market rules.
But apart from that,welcome to the site!

I know,mate.
What is annoying people on here is the perception that they are getting away with it.
And,frankly,so far they are.
They’ve kept the titles,the ground,the five stars,the same numnut fans,the same fawning media.
They’ve even kept the name,the colours,the bloody history according to the authorities!
That is why so many on here and elsewhere are agitated,frustrated,annoyed and bloody raging.
The cover-up that put them in their ascendancy is still in place with the same goal.
Fair enough,it sure didnae work the first time-apart from humiliating us regularly-and you know what?
Our silence from our own ascendancy humiliates us still further.
I know you don’t like it anymore than I do,bud. But that silence is being construed by many as acquiescence.
And that will ultimately harm us greatly if it continues.

Thanks for replying, Bobby,and for the welcome. We wouldn’t have to discuss any punishment if their supporters in the media would trouble themselves to check the meaning of liquidation, as you can’t punish a club that no longer exists! However, now some of the best-respected, and most knowledgeable posters are being drawn in to the Big Lie. No CVA meant Rangers(1872-2012) failed to exit administration, leaving them to be liquidated. A second administration is,therefore, impossible, unless people are gradually being browbeaten into believing they didn’t die and are,in fact, the same club. There is no logic in talking about Sevco facing a second administration. If it happens, it will be their first, and it might be done in a way that makes us choke on our jelly and ice-cream.
Second administration …..Shows that news management if pursued vigorously enough can cause the distortion of reality
