There’s something I’ve never been able to figure out for the last nine years. When Gordon Strachan was announced as Celtic manager, on 1st June 2014, he apologised to the media for bumping their calls the previous week, as he was due to takeover on that date, and the announcement was embargoed until then.
No idea why the news was embargoed, but it was. Tomorrow’s the 1st June. If the same rules hold true now as when Gordon Strachan was appointed, there was little chance of an appointment in late May.

If it’s about speculations I would speculate why Roy Keane is not going to be next Celtic manager? It has nothing to do with his coaching record or on field career. I would say it was wrong game to play with Martin O’Neil making the pressure on Celtic and making damage to recruiting process at Celtic.

Chief football writer in Miami England manager Roy Hodgson expects his players to show pride at representing their country by singing the national anthem at the World Cup.
Hodgson wants his squad to demonstrate their patriotism when “God Save The Queen” is played at games in Brazil.

Thinking that aswel when people saying keane has been given big budget etc .. Doubt lenny was given that big of a budget.
But then again lenny signed most of the players so really in theory a new gaffer should be given more transfer money as he is inheriting someone elses side.
Hope lawell is working his magic in getting decent fee’s for a few.
