The form side of the league up next for Celtic

365

Playing at home against the side who last night finished 35th in the 36 team Conference League table is surely bound to give Celtic some respite from the recent avalanche of defeats.  Aberdeen travelled home from Prague during the night after a 3-0 defeat to Sparta.  A home draw against an Armenian side and a draw in Cyprus was enough to earn them a point more than bottom team Rapid Vienna.

Domestically, however, they are in fine form.  Their last defeat was in October and came on the back of a long flight home from Athens, where they suffered a 6-0 drubbing.  Since then, they have won five and drawn twice in the league, beating Hearts in the process.  Four wins and a draw in their last five games puts them top of the form table, two points better than anyone else over that period.

On Sunday, I expect Aberdeen to redeploy their approach to this year’s Scottish Cup Final, when they sat in and waited on a Celtic mistake.  Practically any result is possible, let’s hope a corner is turned.

  1. No pace at wing back and one header of the ball, tell me this guy is learning or for changing? Plus AR who is dead slow and KT who is one paced.

Same shape. Say what you like but this guy backs himself. Mon the Hertz! Mon the Celts!

  7. A very Nancyesque lineup again. Amazed KS is still between the sticks. Let’s hope the support get fully behind the team for the 90 minutes and we start taking some of these chances. HH

    Thanks for the line-up. I see that there is actually a back four on the bench;

Donovan; JSP or Murray: Scales; Inamura

Dont know if they would defend better than having, once again, a back three of two full backs plus Trusty.

Might prefer the back four option myself.

  10. Oh yes,the team with tthe besst record dismantled. Not sure about the tactics.Looked like Ange and BR team’s. If ever a result was deserved, this one was.

First up at Embra. Are the new Huns still commemorating Dick Advocaat’s Dutch contingent wi that all Orange combo? Cant quite see John Greig turning out in it, unless in private of course. Shankland missed two guilt edged chances @ 2-0, but Hearts deserved to win.

Had already watched us earlier, so no real surprises, even our misses, but hadn’t noticed Scales move forward just before Maeda lost the ball in the centre circle and the Dons equalised. Therein lies our weakness with the Wilfried Line, good goal to score, but not to concede. Nygren looks like our best finisher, but he is no centre forward, and kudos to both two of our own KT and wee Jamesie getting his 17th season in row goal. Given that none of our injured players will be back anytime soon, maybe Kellachi before he pulls up again, (why oh why did we let Adam Idah go) we will need to either sign a proven goalscorer or hope Santa delivers a pair o magic boots chez Shin & Kenny. A win’s a win as one o the three wise men probably never said.

Small Pox disappeared when society was treated to in house sanitation, in house toilets, clean water, clean food.

    BUT.

Big Pharma who own all of the medical schools, and 100% of Western Media, told the world that the small pox vaccine stopped, small pox, and that indoor sanitation was not a factor.

No child had ever had Autism until big Pharma started vaccinating Children.

Before Child vaccinations wildly increased for numerous and needless issues, the initial count of one Child in every 10,000 very quickly became 1 Child in every 34 Children.

Media sucklings will say it had nothing to do with the vaccines. lol

Remember the Worldwide, big Pharma induced pile onto, Dr Andrew Wakefield, back in the day, because he put his career in the bin to warn parents that scheduled school vaccine programs were causing widespread Autism in Children? lol

    oot.

  14. One Child in every 10,000 quickly became one Child in every 34 who have Autism NOW because of the hugely increased number in School Vaccinations.
