The form side of the league up next for Celtic

365

Playing at home against the side who last night finished 35th in the 36 team Conference League table is surely bound to give Celtic some respite from the recent avalanche of defeats.  Aberdeen travelled home from Prague during the night after a 3-0 defeat to Sparta.  A home draw against an Armenian side and a draw in Cyprus was enough to earn them a point more than bottom team Rapid Vienna.

Domestically, however, they are in fine form.  Their last defeat was in October and came on the back of a long flight home from Athens, where they suffered a 6-0 drubbing.  Since then, they have won five and drawn twice in the league, beating Hearts in the process.  Four wins and a draw in their last five games puts them top of the form table, two points better than anyone else over that period.

On Sunday, I expect Aberdeen to redeploy their approach to this year’s Scottish Cup Final, when they sat in and waited on a Celtic mistake.  Practically any result is possible, let’s hope a corner is turned.

Wonder what else has been doctored up against our fans

Annyone fancy a wee kettle on sunday

  2. There will be no Celtic manager press conference today, and that decision has naturally raised eyebrows given the moment the club is in.

  4. I’m not in favour of direct chanting against our own side.

However, for anyone getting overly concerned about it, there’s an easy solution. Simply sing in favour of the manager Sunday. Drown out the negatrons.

Its really not a difficult concept.

Side issue. There are far more glaring issues to be resolved

Player and managerial recruitment being top of them

    Otherwise, the regression continues

Lovely to see Burnley in such fine festive cheer with his nostalgic nod to the straw man from the Wizard of Oz.

    Season’s greetings you old softy.

  6. When you spoil fans for 13 years since the one horse league came into effect in 2012, then spoiled fans seeing another Treble disappearing over the horizon, maybe even a bare trophy cupboard to look forward to as well.

Then these spoiled fans are the same as spoiled children, spoiled dogs, who wont play along when they don’t get all of the toys/treats that they are used to getting.

    BUT.

When fans accept the landscape at the club were real questions are no longer allowed, then its fans who are asleep at the wheel, not the board.

This PLC threw the league titles in, 2009/2010/2011 under the bus to keep Rangers financially afloat during the “honest mistakes” epidemic which were only brought to a head when Neil Lennon-1 refused to be a punchbag for the Old Firm, with death treats to him and his family on an almost daily basis.

Then in 2021 the PLC activated an inside job whist there were no fans in the stadiums during the Plandemic lockdowns, which only Jim Goodwin spoke out against, when he was St Mirren manager, saying:

[[“This is wrong on so many levels. Asking football supporters to ‘show their papers’ to get into a football stadium, is way over the top.”]]

whilst the coy Huns said heehaw but took the dip of Covid money, and Rangers fans in the 2nd season of C19/BS/Vaccine/Genocide/Krankie/Killer/Government/Era

Rangers fans sold out EVERY ticket in their stadium for European games, giving C1P/Krankie/Killer the middle finger and saying come ahead, even getting to the Europa League final in Seville and losing out to a missed penalty kick, or Celtic might be down the divisions by now, who knows?!

Whilst Celtic played along with Snp dictators and left thousands of seats empty for a virus that PCR tests had to be back-doored to give off false positive results to say that you had C19 and would run out and get vaccinated. lol

What I cannot understand about this shameful episode is this.

Why did Rangers FC/Fans completely ignore ALL C19 protocols, yet Celtic Directors box were all sitting wearing masks that were consistently proven to not work, whilst thousands of seats were lying empty, and Celtic blogs turned into Grassing/Snitching/Backstabbing/Witch/Finder/Generals

who demanded that posters be banned for NOT believing the P### on BBC, The Guardian, fake news peddlers, and pointing to FACTS that Hospitals were lying empty, whilst Nurses and Doctors were dancing up and down the empty Hospitals making videos.

And now the Doctors who lied their erchies off for 5 years about C19/Vaccines/Are/Safe/BS are all out on the streets wanting pay rises. lol

Any Doctor who told a grieving Mother in England that she was just simply an “Anti Vaxxer” after her 2 daughters aged 12 and 14 died one week after vaccination, which the Pharmacist tricked both Girls telling them that they had received the Flu vaccine, only for the Pharmacy to call their home hours later to say a mistake had been made and that they both got the Covid vaccine, BUT, that they could come in in a couple of weeks later for their Flu shot, which they did not live long enough for.

With both of the Girls hearts 7 times the size that they should have beeen, after believing the media and Politicians, then that Doctor, AND, the Politicians, should be hanged, not given a pay rise to continue murdering millions of innocent people then lying about it.

Btw, only the rag called “The Daily Mail” reported this story whilst all other media were grassing and snitching people who did not believe the media or Government.

What does it say about Britain and Ireland were only the DUP are opening their surgeries for vaccine injured constituents and bereaved families, whilst lying Sinn Fein say on camera in Parliament that their door is always open, but when cameras stop rolling, they close their doors and cut the phone cables?

What does it say when the DUP are the only political party in Britain and Ireland [apart from the suppressed Workers Party of Britain who’s leader, GEORGE GALLOWAY, has to live in exile in another country for standing up for and refusing to surrender his beliefs] who are standing up for Christianity and totally against unborn babies being aborted, whilst Sinn Fein, Snp, Greens, Labour, CON, Lib, Ref, are all wanting Trees to be saved, and Whales as well, whilst calling the DUP “anti progressive” how is wiping out the next generation of Human Beings, progressive?

What does it say when ONLY the DUP say that it is wrong for people to be arrested outside of abortion clinics for saying the rosary?

Yes the DUP are Orange bassa bigots, etc, etc.

    BUT.

When the chips are down from the New World Order, only the DUP are offering a helping hand. FFS!!!

Alice in Wonderland would run a mile from this stuff.

What a time to be alive.

Wilf is not the problem – 60,000 glory hunting PLC financiers are the big ELEPHANT in the room that Dim/Dumb/Tims will never point their grassing fingers at.

Maybe the board should facilitate a relegation event and we’ll soon see who the best fans in the world really are.

The Huns on the journey up the Leagues were playing in front of sold out stadiums for 4 seasons, whilst Celtic were playing in half empty stadiums UNTIL the Huns got promoted.

    Fkn lol.

    Scottish Premiership: Celtic v Aberdeen

Venue: Celtic Park, Glasgow Date: Sunday, 21 December Time: 15:00 GMT

Wilfried Nancy says Celtic’s poor start on his managerial watch is “difficult to accept personally”.

The Frenchman has lost all four of his opening games since being appointed this month.

These have included Scottish Premiership defeats by Hearts and Dundee United, a home loss to Roma in the Europa League and missing out on the Premier Sports Cup as St Mirren triumphed at Hampden.

“For sure, it’s difficult, because I know what we can do,” Nancy said. “I know what I can do also. But I know that, as a coach, we are judged on results.

“That’s why this is difficult to accept personally, because I know that we are on the right track.

    “And it’s difficult for me.

And he added before Sunday’s Premiership meeting with Aberdeen in Glasgow: “The fans are not happy, I’m going to take that.

“But I believe also that we can do better. And I think on Wednesday [against Dundee United] we were close to having a really good performance, but we didn’t do better at the key moments.

“If you watch all the games that we play, all the time I adjusted something. On Wednesday, I think that what we did was interesting, with the way we attacked. And we had many opportunities. So the idea is not to stay still, we add improvements all the time.

“I have to change certain things to see players but also see how I can adjust a few players, how I can mix players together. And I think that, every game, I did that.

“My job is to still do it for the next game, and again, and again, and again. So that doesn’t change.”

  30. if ever there was a time for a new manager to come in and try a new system – and learn about the players at his disposal , it is now. Even by losing a few games we are still very much in the mix for the title – IF we get the players needed early January. Regardless of systems and formations – we are way short of quality and no manager on this planet would get it right in 2 weeks.

Rodgers was winning games last season but we didnt play attractive football – why is MON side any different. He was winning but mostly through grit rather and style.

The first 60 against hearts we blew them away (BBC Scotland “Celtic are playing amazing stuff) , First half against United we blew them away with fast one touch attacking football – with quality (not Nancy fault) we would have been 5 up at HT.

CCV, Johnson, Jota, Ineacho , Saracchi available – Nancy does not lose all those games.

Jury still out in terms of his ability to make adjustments during matches – he didn’t see the danger quick enough against united .

its clear we need pace, power and creativity – 15 – 20 million in Jan for 3 players. Let’s see what we do!
