I have no great regard for Blair.
Having said that, Gerry Adams and Martin McGuinness seemed to get on well with him and had some respect for him.

During Tony Blair’s time in office I was travelling a lot on business. He was universally respected in Europe & the US. I was proud to acknowledge him as “my Prime Minister” – I never felt that way before his time, nor, indeed since.
