WIZARD of Oz Tom Rogic is looking forward to playing his role in the Brendan Rodgers Revolution after celebrating his new three-year contract with two goals in Celtic’s 5-0 League Cup thrashing of Motherwell in midweek.
The Aussie international midfielder said: “It was a good couple of days for me. I am happy to commit my future to the club and it was a perfect way to round that off. I am really happy.
“Since Brendan Rodgers has come in, the whole environment has been positive so it has been pleasing.
“And working with him, I, along with the other players in the team, feel as though he can get the best out of us and it is exciting. Everyone wants to be a part of it and I think the future is bright.
“So, it is enjoyable and I am looking forward to working with him in the future.
“I am settled here. My girlfriend and I have been here for a few years now and we are happy off the pitch. It’s a great club, a fantastic club and there is a real buzz about the place at the moment.
“The main things is we focus on ourselves. It is always nice to play at home.
“It is something we always enjoy and the fans make it a good atmosphere.”
