KIERAN TIERNEY has joined Anthony Ralston in withdrawing from the Scotland international squad for the Word Cup qualifiers.
The Celtic defensive duo will miss the crucial ties against Denmark in Copenhagen tomorrow night and Belarus in Hungary on Monday.
Ralston was first to pull out with a recurrence of the ankle knock he sustained in the Champions League exit in Kazakhstan last week and faces a fight to be fit for the champions’ Premiership match against Kilmarnock at Rugby Park a week on Sunday, as CQN reported earlier today.

AIR WE GO…Kieran Tierney leaps to head clear as Steve Clarke looks on, but the Celtic left-back has been forced to withdraw from Scotland’s World Cup squad.
Tierney, who has struggled to complete an entire game since he returned to the club from Arsenal in the summer, will also sit out both of the vital encounters.
International boss Steve Clarke has called in former Hibs defender Josh Doig, of Serie A outfit Sassuolo, as cover, according to BBC Scotland.
The youngster has made only one previous appearance for his country.
