Let’s have no more talk about this until we take care of the important business ahead. We have a Scottish Cup semi-final against a team good enough to reach the Europa League quarter-finals, with a real chance of progressing further. Celtic will need a new gameplan for Sunday, especially with enforced chances likely up front. The Scottish Cup is our only focus.

I am genuinely interested in what the attendance will be. i looked at tickets and it was the north stand lower tier that was on sale, but very low uptake, guessing 3,000.
Same for the ladies game few weeks ago.
It is great that the kids and ladies get to experience celtic park for sure, and it has been a hobby horse of some on here “why aint all the games played in the east end” , so i am interested in how many actually turns up.
As a wee aside, I came along the length of duke street on saturday. pre match, there was 20 or so of the black hooded onions at the far end, as there was a few hundred last two “old firm” games at celtic park, the same mob that attacked the pub.
i wouldnt be suprised if they are out again tonight.

Quite relaxed about Sunday although there’s a way to go yet. We’re very close to getting over the line in a pivotal title race so that would certainly help refocus us should the worst happen on Sunday.
It’s a game of far greater consequence to them, especially if they go out on Thursday, their season could be over in 5 days and if that’s the case, I fear wee GVB may be told he’s resigned.
I’m not writing the huns off but when I last watched them against Braga, they were truly awful, offered zero going forward. There’s nothing for us to fear, I suspect our lads are looking forward to Sunday.
“The Rangers” are no mugs and didn’t play too badly against us but thankfully we were better on the day. I hope their game goes to extra time on Thursday, I expect a tight game on Sunday but hopefully, fitness and rest will see us through.
