TOBI OLUWAYEMI has finally quit Celtic on a permanent deadline-day deal to sign for Leyton Orient.
The London-born keeper, so highly rated by ex-boss Ange Postecoglou, has been out on loan to Cork City, Wacker Innsbruck, Dunfermline and Kilmarnock in recent seasons.
Oluwayemi, 22, joined the Hoops from Spurs Academy in July 2019, but failed to play a competitive first-team game for the champions.
The athletic shotstopper, who represented England at youth level from Under-16s to Under 20s, has decided a move is the best for his career and has agreed a short-term deal with the English third-tier club.

HE FLIES THROUGH THE AIR…Tobi Oluwayemi in action for England youths.
He joined on the same day as former Killie loan netminder Will Dennis, who has been recruited on a temporary basis from Bournemouth.
Oluwayemi, speaking to the club website, admitted: “I’m excited to be back home and to get started at the club.
“I learned so much at Celtic and on my loan spells and feel ready to really fight for my place here.”
Head Coach Richie Wellens said: “Tobi is someone we have watched a lot and, although he is young, he has a lot of mature qualities and experience for his age.
“It’s up to him to earn himself a longer contract. Both keepers will fight for the starting spot and will add some depth to our goalkeeping department.”
With Kasper Schmeichel as the established No.1 at Celtic and Viljami Sinisalo and Ross Doohan next in the pecking order, there seemed little hope of Oluwayemi getting game time at the champions.
Good luck to a popular performer in the next stage in his career.
