TWO FOR THE ROAD

KIERAN TIERNEY and Anthony Ralston have both been named in Steve Clarke’s 26-man Scotland squad for the World Cup Finals.

The Celtic double-act face a hectic summer with their nation’s farewell friendly due against Curacao at Hampden on May 30, just a week after the Scottish Cup Final against Neil Lennon’s Dunfermline on Saturday.

The most surprising inclusion in the player pool is 43-year-old former Hoops keeper Craig Gordon, who has been handed a spot alongside Nottingham Forest’s Angus Gunn and Liam Kelly, of Rangers.

There is no place for another one-time Parkhead No.1 Scott Bain, who has been in fine form since joining Falkirk in the summer.

There’s also a spot for 19-year-old Findlay Curtis, who earned his first cap against Japan in March. The winger has impressed the Scotland gaffer after a successful January loan switch at Kilmarnock from Ibrox.
