Nir Bitton’s goal was special but two goals last night were more significant. Leigh Griffiths header for the first belied the player’s height and stature. His scoring record with his head in recent months has been spectacular, whether darting into space to nick the ball goal-wards, as he did away to Dundee and Dundee United, or when he uses his salmon-leap to get up and stay up.
When he was at Livingston Leigh was the next hot young thing. For whatever reason his path to the top wasn’t straight, but he’s now first choice striker at Scotland’s top club and making the most of it.
James Forrest’s goal was also full of what we want to see from him. One-on-one with a defender, with space to run into, he did what he needed to do. His pace took him past the defender and turned an opportunity into great chance.
Several players are finishing the season strongly.

quonno…
Mibees aye mibees naw…but for sure the fix is a coming. HH
I hate the diet huns anaw
Rangers* will be turning in their grave!
I love that patter :-D
Some call it karma. others call it obsession. For me, it is a desire for justice. A blatant penalty and a red card were both denied. Real justice would have seen Hearts go on to win via an incorrect call by the referee but , in the end, a draw and remaining in third place was justice of a sort and, as such, gives me pleasure. Motherwell and Saint Mirren down; Hearts and Hibs ( or QotS) up and the title won today would all be very nice 0:-)

Yep. Let’s not allow our laughing at Thems blind us to the fact that Hearts are nearly as bad.
I’m already looking forward to tanking them next season.
Any medical doctors on the blog today?
I’ve got this persistent ache in my sides…
I look forward to the wee huns providing the sort of challenge next season that they did in the cups this season.
Aff oot to buy my German Lotto ticket €30 million up for grabs.

I’ve not been paying attention, what happens now with the monkeys?
________
They now get beaten home and away by QOS.
I feel that I best apologise for mentioning I was at church this morning
Also for mentioning my visits to mosques .. Hindu temples .. Buddhist temples and a Hare Krishna temple in New Delhi .
Obviously all of the above were an attempt to show I’m a Celtic supporter
I suppose I shouldn’t mention going to Celtic park and various other grounds either
HT…
They have a home/away against QOS first and when they get fecked the premier league expands, allowing them promotion.
HT
Don’t think focus on duty today…..no games of note in Glasgow…….suppose they will all be at the bowls
the long wait is over

I’ll put you out your misery.
IF they win that they get beaten home and away by the second bottom team in the premiership. Probably Motherwell.
Sipsini
Even the SFA wouldnae go that far surely?!
The day will come, the day will pass, with a comment on somebody going to mass.
Thurzabuzzabootthaplace!

What was the score the last time Sevco play the mighty Queens ?? Or the time before that ??
Erses, will collapse ..
I’ll revel in it !!!
The long wait is over
Fight is 4am start as others have already said. A wee tip is to check bookie’s sights for start of any sporting event – they can’t afford to get it wrong
McCann – delighted for Robbie and his team.
His nose grew as the words came out.
Horrible hun
Robbie Nelson just interviewed by shortbread. Not asked about penalty not given and his sending to stand. Pathetic. Probably worried that he might call the integrity of mins into question.
Meanwhile, at SFA HQ,…..what to do..what to do?
Hail hail HL
Cheers
Tlwio.
Mccall 5 wins in 11 matches

I am sure like you thousands of others will be attending the same event and will not feel the need to post on GAA blogs wether they have been to mass or not. Of what relevance going to mass or not has to sporting events I cannot fathom out
Anyway if the crowd in attendance is truly representative of the Irish population in general…only 30% of them will have been to mass that day
Mccall 5 wins in 11 matches
He’s the answer
Goosebumps ma mhan, goosebumps!
