NOBODY can say new Bhoy Oh Hyeon-gyu doesn’t do things in style.

The South Korean international striker was on target in the 5-1 Scottish Cup win over St Mirren at Parkhead last night to claim his first Celtic goal since last month’s £2.5million arrival from K-League outfit Suwon Samsung Bluewings.

As he took his debut celebration bow in front of the delighted Hoops support, it was also the champions’ 100th goal of the campaign.

PARADISE FOUND…Oh Hyeon-gyu celebrates his first goal as a Celtic player in the 5-1 win over St Mirren.

Oh snapped up a rebound off Trevor Carson who had got down to block a shot from Callum McGregor. Before the keeper could recover, the 21-year-old hitman had pounced to thump the ball into the inviting net.

It was the third for Ange Postecoglou’s side as the powerhouse hitman followed earlier strikes from Daizen Maeda and Reo Hatate (pen).

Matt O’Riley and the Japanese midfielder again hit two more in the fading moments to book a place in the quarter-final draw which is due to be made at Hampden at 5.30pm tomorrow.

Oh’s magic moment and all the goals are worth another look courtesy of the good folk from Celtic TV Unique Angle.

Enjoy!
