NICK WALSH will be in charge of Celtic’s crucial Premiership encounter against Aberdeen at Pittodrie tomorrow night.
The referee will be supported by assistants Daniel McFarlane and Colin Drummond on the touchlines with Chris Graham at the VAR controls.
With 10 games to go, the Hoops go into another must-win confrontation in the knowledge a victory will move them a point ahead of Danny Rohl’s Ibrox side and five adrift of leaders Hearts.
Walsh was the whistler in the champions’ game against Dundee United at Parkhead on January 10 that marked the second comeback of Martin O’Neill following the catastrophic 33-day stay of Wilfried Nancy in which the team blew TWELVE points in six league outings.

CRYING OUT LOUD…Kasper Schmeichel clearly disagrees with Nick Walsh’s decision.
The Hoops romped to a 4-0 victory over Jim Goodwin’s Tayside outfit with goals from Yang Hyun-jun, Arne Engels, Benjamin Nygren and Daizen Maeda.
Walsh was also the man in the middle when O’Neill guided the team past the Premier Sports League Cup semi-final hurdle of the Govan club with strikes from Johnny Kenny, Callum McGregor and Callum Osmand in a 3-1 extra-time win in November.
He was also match official when Celtic, with O’Neill again in interim charge, overcame Hibs 2-1 at Easter Road with an early double from Maeda and Engels 28 days after the Hampden victory.
