BENJAMIN NYGREN flashed in an unstoppable free-kick for his thirteenth goal of the season in Celtic’s 2-2 draw with Hearts at Tynecastle yesterday.
Unfortunately, the hosts drew level shortly after the turnaround with a header from former Hoops prospect Stuart Findlay.
However, Yang Hyun-jun restored the champions’ lead with a close-range finish following a superb run and cross from new Bhoy Tomas Cvancara just after the hour mark.

In an encounter laced with drama and tension, Auston Trusty was red-carded in the 74th minute for what VAR deemed a last-man challenge to prevent a goalscoring opportunity.
The hosts took full advantage to level the scores with a strike from Claudio Braga near the end and the Hoops had to settle for a point following two exhausting encounters in just three days.
The confrontation in the capital followed swiftly on the 2-2 Europa League draw with Bologna in Italy on Thursday night where, astonishingly, Celtic were reduced to 10 men again following Reo Hatate’s first-half dismissal.
It’s been hectic, but the champions’ two strikes in Edinburgh are certainly worth a second look, courtesy of those good folk at Celtic TV Unique Angle.
