CELTIC completed a fairly unique hat-trick at Rugby Park yesterday.

Three competitions, three wins, three venues, 11 goals scored  and one conceded – and three more points in the bid for a fourth successive Premiership crown.

It wasn’t a bad week for Brendan Rodgers’ men which kicked off with a 6-0 romp over Aberdeen in the Premier Sports League Cup semi-final at Hampden where Daizen Maeda thumped in a memorable threesome of his own.

PREMIER SPORTS LEAGUE CUP SEMI-FINAL…Daizen Maeda scores one of his hat-trick past Aberdeen keeper Dimitar Mitov.

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE MATCHDAY FOUR…Reo Hatate thumps No.3 into the roof of the RB Leipzig net.

PREMIERSHIP…Adam Idah races away after Callum McGregor’s opener foxed keeper Robby McCrorie.

Cameron Carter-Vickers, Kyogo Furuhashi and Nicolas Kuhn joined in the rout that sealed a return to the national stadium on December 15 for a silverware shoot-out with Philippe Clement’s Ibrox outfit.

On Tuesday evening under the lights in the east end of Glasgow, the Hoops switched their attention to the Champions League as they swept to a 3-1 victory over Bundesliga giants RB Leipzig.

Kuhn took centre stage in Paradise with a superb double and Reo Hatate thumped in No.3.

The Celtic juggernaut continued on its victorious way with a 2-0 success over Kilmarnock where the German winger netted again after skipper Callum McGregor had opened the scoring.

It’s worth a second look – courtesy of those good people at Celtic TV Unique Angle.
