KYOGO FURUHASHI lit up a cold, dark afternoon in the east end of Glasgow when he produced a little piece of magic to put the seal on Celtic’s 3-0 Premiership triumph over Hibs yesterday.
The Japanese ace’s first touch as he received a pass from James Forrest was simply sublime.
In a heartbeat, he had conjured up an opening right in front of stranded keeper Jordan Smith and the hitman finished it off with a delightful chipped effort into the inviting net.
It was Kyogo’s eighth goal of the campaign and, as ever, the Hoops’ Japanese Bhoy certainly enjoyed the occasion.

The 29-year-old speedster started the game on the substitutes’ bench before replacing Adam Idah in the 66th minute and then producing his eye-catching strike six minutes from the end of the regulation 90.
Arne Engels tucked away the champions’ opener in the early stages after some good work on the right between Nicolas Kuhn and Alistair Johnston.
Opposing captain Joe Newell inadvertently diverted an Idah header into his own net before Kyogo sprinkled some stardust on proceedings.
It’s worth a second look – courtesy of those good folk at Celtic TV Unique Angle.
