    MORE Advice needed asap….

     

    While my New Tablet is running okay I do have ONE Problem with it.

     

    I have tried to access my Email Account….which is a HOTMAIL Account.

     

     

    Its accepting my Email address, but NOT my PASSWORD to sign in ?

     

    When I have Clicked On the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD Link……i am being advised that a Temp NEW Password/Code will be sent to allow me to access.

     

    Sadly, ANY Code/ Password they send is going to a Mobile Number which is from years ago….as since then I have had a different number with my current Phone.

     

     

    Do I have to try and Phone GOOGLE or HOTMAIL, to bring my Phone Number up to date ?

     

    Does anyone know what Customer Number I can Phone using my Land Line ?

     

     

    My apologises to any Good Guys on here.

    If you can still log in to Hotmail on your other computer, don’t try changing your password (yet).

     

     

    In most cases “valid” passwords are rejected because one or more characters are being mistyped.

     

     

    Check caps lock is not on by mistake.

     

     

    Check you are not mistaking one of the characters, eg, a O (capital o) for a 0 (zero) or an l (lowercase L) for an I (capital i).

     

     

    Or if you are copy and pasting the password make sure you aren’t including spaces at the start or end.

    I think English/Brit nationalism has lost its head.

     

    The Tories here have slightly more mps than their Labour friends who have one.

     

    There is no trust in both unionist parties.

     

    Those like me who seek independence to assist local democracy best serve the needs of the local people,the days of having the same democratic deficit that has existed in Scotland since 1956 serving Scotland is over.

    If you can get access to your hotmail on your desktop, the easiest thing to do is change the password on there….

     

     

    Then use the new password on your tablet.

     

     

    I recommend using a chrome plugin called Lastpass, to keep track of your passwords, means you only have to remember one – the login to lastpass!
