VERSATILE winger Joel Mvuka was a third beat-the-clock signing for Celtic on deadline day when he arrived from French outfit Lorient.
The 22-year-old winger has agreed a loan deal until the end of the season with the Hoops having an option to buy.
Mvuka hopes to hit all the right notes with the champions’ support after being knocked out by their rendition of ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone‘ when he was a Bodø/Glimt player in a Europa Conference League match in 2022.

The wide man was part of a Norwegian side that won 3-1 under the lights in the east end of Glasgow and he told Celtic TV: “The thing that sits in my mind from playing at Celtic Park was before the game when the fans were singing and I thought ‘Wow!’
“I was a team-mate of Sebastian Tounekti’s at Bodø/Glimt and I know him very well so I can’t wait to finally see him again.
“I’m a fast winger, I can play left or right, and I’m good with the ball.
“I can’t wait to get started.”
Martin O’Neill welcomed Mvuka to the club and added: “Joel is a talented player who has a very good level of experience achieved at some really good clubs.
“He will give the squad another option. He is very quick, able to play on both wings and I am sure he will make a very positive contribution to the club.
“I know he is very excited about joining Celtic and we are hoping he can make a great impact for us.”
Mvuka became the Hoops’ fifth loan signing in this transfer window.
Mexico international right-back Julian Araujo was the first to arrive from Bournemouth and he was followed last week by Borussia Monchengladbach striker Tomas Cvancara.
And on a busy final day, the champions added striker Junior Adamu, from SC Freiburg, and centre-back Benjamin Arthur, from Brentford.
