Celtic travel to Copenhagen on 20 February for their next Europa League tie, with the return game in Glasgow a week later. Copenhagen are behind Midtjylland in the Danish league and finished second in their Europa group, behind fellow-Scandinavians, Malmo.
They drew 1-1 home and away with Dynamo Kiev, who were eliminated, so although this is a welcome draw, we have two hard games ahead.
Bizarrely, Copenhagen never scored or conceded more than one goal in any of their six group games. Three 1-1 draws, two 1-0 wins against Lugano, currently sixth in the Swiss table, and a 0-1 home defeat to Malmo saw them defend their way to the knockout stage.
Considering some of the names in the unseeded pot, we have to be happy with the draw.
