THOMSON IN CHARGE ON SUNDAY

CRAIG THOMSON will take charge of Celtic’s possible title decider against Sevco Rangers at Parkhead on Sunday.

Brendan Rodgers’ side only require three points to claim their seventh consecutive Premiership crown – and a victory over their Glasgow neighbours will make certain with three games still to play.

Veteran official Thomson will be referee, with Graeme Stewart and Frank Connor as his assistants and Kevin Clancy the fourth official.

The 45-year-old whistler has dished out 11 red cards in 34 games this season and will be overseeing Graeme Murty’s men for the second consecutive weekend after officiating in their 2-1 win over Hearts on Sunday.

It will be his second Glasgow derby of the campaign, following the 2-0 victory for the Hoops in Govan in September.

Rodgers has led the champions into 10 games against the Ibrox side, winning eight and drawing two.
