HT 2-0 hoops really want to destroy this hate filled mob of hun wannabes
shaky enough start but class will out. Expect a few reds in the second half
First half flew by. Shows the type of games we can see when the opposition don’t sit in.
Ghuy I was most impressed with first half was James Forrest but Sinky’s 2 goals were magic, pure magic.
Really enjoyable game.

Great combination work from our two Englishmen but we also have Craig Gordon to thank for that scoreline.
Hearts have exploited the space to the right of Lustig and left of Boyata in our relatively unfamiliar back 3. A better team would have scored more than one.
We are playing bravely and taking chances with our passing even at the back. so this may not yet be over.
On their fans behaviour- well it’s just a West of Scotland problem, innit?

I agree; Clancy has been right on top of it. Walker tumbles twice in the box and he ignores it.
Fair do’s with the yellows apart from JF; no contact made but the way Nowak went down it looked like it.

Very efficient football, and now we can see why Chelsea wanted CG. The Hearts fans are a nasty bunch. Scott Sinclair is a class act.

Party time in the away end as the home fans waste their energy booing, in no particular order,
Scott Brown (our multiple title winning Scotland and Celtic captain once played for their rivals who coincidentally also wear green. Fourth official had to stand over our captain as the hoards abused him while receiving treatment on the touchline).
Craig Gordon (our international ‘keeper was once one of their best players and made the club millions of pounds when they sold him so obviously deserve their ire).
James Forrest (our international winger had the temerity to jump as walker planted his studs on our player shin in a possible leg breaking dangerous challenge).
Mikael Lustig (our international defender has been singled out for some up close aggressive bile for the crime of retrieving the ball as it went out of play. Shouldn’t be too difficult for the stewards and polis to identify the culprits, should it?)
I look forward to half time analysis of our ‘offside’ goal and the red card challenge and subsequent targeting of James Forrest.
The party is just starting, shame they couldn’t sell those empty seats to Celtic fans.

Hearts were the better side up until the goal. They have been very physical and getting on a lot of the second balls. The goals from Sinclair were out of this world and have really taken the sting out of Hearts although they are still pressing in the middle of the pitch. I don’t think they can keep it up, a third goal will kill them stone dead. Broonie isn’t having a great game, he’s picked up a bit since the goals but he was toiling early on.
Just seen the movement from Sinclair for the 2nd goal, the run inside then out is of the highest level.
Championeees , Scott Sinclair is my player of the year , what a signing that bhoy is. Two sublime goals to put the jam tarts in their place. What a way to win the league. More goals second half are a green white and gold certainty. Special mention to Craig Gordon he is our Mhan now. Defence don’t look like giving anything away. Mon the hoops.

Thought the team having issues settling into the 3-4-3 set up with positioning and passing creating problems for ourselves.
But then we have a class player and goalscorer like Scott Sinclair – ipso facto 2-0 at HT !
Would prefer them to go back to their usual 4-2-3-1 formation getting Stuart Armstrong more into the game going forward. Broony too exposed in midfield and losing the ball more than normal.
Also not to get involved on the park. Game could have a red card or two in it otherwise.

Haha. Jozo foul/penalty claim is remarkably similar to the one on Griffiths at the end of our recent match against Sevco that they were all doing mental gymnastics to tell us why there was nothing to see here.

Hertz fan throws the ball at Lustig, various other fans hurling abuse. Two police leisurely stroll over. Ball goes back there a few minutes later and no steward or police to be seen in the area. Truly disgraceful.

Hearts have played well and had their chances. Goncalves and Walker looked dangerous but the first goal has burst their ba’.
Two sublime Paddy passes, especially the second, and two excellent finishes from Sinky and we’re in easy street. Get a third early in second half and let the party commence.

I expect our bhoys to be sharper in the second half, not give the ball away so much in midfield, and as a result, we should win this comfortably.
