Hmm, don’t give ball away so cheaply… Cross balls in for players less than 8 foot tall and we might just look less feckless at times! ICT moved quicker at moving into spaces than us… Shouldn’t ever be the case. A few fresh legs on the park.
Positives Watt and Balde played ok, Ledley tightened it up…
For a professional footballer, the standard of crossing by Izzy is diabolical. Totally unacceptable – aimless, floated balls to no-one in particular.
Celtic’s problems –
Cannot defend the throw in
cannot move at pace often enough
No movement at times
a very slow build up
Poor positioning of the forwards
All very left foot apart from Mathews
Very little creativity or imagination.
Now with the best will in the world can any of you say Celtic won’t concede on Wednesday after viewing that 45 minutes?

At the moment our deficiencies are all to obvious the 20 million quid question being how do we resolve this by Wednesday? Still believe we will win today but a lot of work required on this team for Wednesday.
Good game. Matthews outstanding so far. Nothing anyone could do about first goal, but bad defending at second goal. Very worrying.
Tony Watt very disappointing yet again.
There are a lot more goals in this game. I’ll settle for 3-2.
Very lacadaisical performance. Once again we look as if we expect just to turn up and be awarded the points.
Desperately short of creativity in the middle, and our defence has turned into a mess. Forster I think is partly to blame. For such a big guy he has no presence in his own six yard box.
Was optimistic about Wednesday but less so now. We look like a very, very, easy team to nullify.

Silenced you ever Enjoyed watching Celtic over the past few years?
Until Chaz stuck one in it was like Groundhog day. Once more we are not playing too bad but we cannot deliver the final pass or cross. Matthews was stand out player for me. Amido can take the ball with his back to goal and hold it up and lay it off. Outside of that I’m not so sure, Tony Watt is trying hard should have scored just before they took the lead. Very important for morale of both team & support that we take something from this game. Dont want to be on CQN aftermatch if we get turned over today.
If we sign a striker the way our luck is just now he will get injured with a week.
