Started slowly but began playing with more confidence as the half wore on. Broonie doing what Broonie does best, and Armstrong playing with more drive and penetration than of late. We need him to play well in the next 3 games
Thistle offering nothing going forward, and their lone striker seems to be oblivious to the offside rule.
Looking forward to a second half and increasing our lead at the top ahead of the game against the sheep at the weekend.

Brilliant goal but not much else to get the crowd going in the ole safe standing section. Whilst any win should be welcome I do hope for some more positive signs in the 2nd half to start some momentum for the next 3 games.

good scoreline but still a bit flat. really missing paddy and tom rogic, our two most creative players.
A quick second half goal should kill this game.
A small complaint about Celtic this season is that when we win a FK near the half way line an opposition player will always stand a few yards away to stop a forward pass. We then pass it back and then back to the player who took the FK who is put under pressure from the opposition team. I know we are trying to play quickly but get the ref to move the player away… if they keep doing it they should get booked.
I agree Jobo. We’ve been adequate but not dynamic.
If we get a second early second half we could kick on, happy to be ahead but still feel a bit frustrated.

Do not forget, these players are human and are very well aware of Sunday, and WILL be a tad nervous. Crowd must get behind the team, any negativity is , well, negative and the team pick up on that.
