SSB finish with the season with congratulations to sevco!!!! Why?

    >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

That’s their mentality / culture ……. They congratulate the team that disgustingly shafted ever other Club in Scotland, and then nearly destroyed the professional game in this Country ….. sad, really……. They will be inconsolable when sevco are also liquidated…

  3. NEWSFLASH

SFA request that Scottish Cup final be replayed!

Their archeoligist department has discovered an ancient rule saying that a team that wins 4 corners to nought desreves a reply irrespective of the margin of defeat.

Campbell Ogilvie commented “An independent inquiry will be done. However; they are instructed to conclude that corners are more important than coversions, and that in fact a replay is not necessary – WATP!”

  4. The concerted message for today is -Celtic won the Cup and did the double……..

………..our opponents and those who do not support this great club will do their utmost to ignore, deflect or ditsract from Neil’s achievements………….

we’ve won the battles on the pitch and now we continue to fight the battles off….

You should have offered to cut it for him…… to allow him to watch the game or, at least, shouted out to him…..”you’re missing a great game here, ma man”

You know it has been a good day when Garry Hooper can score two fantastic poachers goals in a 3-0 win, and he doesn’t make it into my top 3 players of the game…. 1. Stokes (he deserved a goal today), 2. Brown (he’s really blossomed this year) and 3. Lustig (this guy is class) for me today.

  9. corkcelt,

    Yes. Double duly delivered.

I watched the CF and Sky+ ed the Donegal game.

At HT in the Donegal game, I displayed my technical prowess and fast forwarded to the second half.

Unfortunately, I hadn’t the patience to rewind, so I just got the final result and pundit comments.

Well done Jim and the boys.

No one knew what Donegal were up to over the winter and it was assumed that they would come back, like over defending champions, with their eye off the ball, due to visiting clubs with Sam and other distractions.

Mc.Guinness had a total ban on any player or staff making any comment whatsoever as to what was happening at training camps.

I think this year’s Championship will be of a high standard, as every County raises their game, due to Donegal taking it to snother level last year.

    Bayern Donegal ! !

HOW GOOD IS IT BEING A CELTIC SUPPORTER …… IT’s EVEN BETTER THAN THE DEMISE OF THE ORCS………HAPPY HAPPY DAYS …. !!!!!!!!

  13. One of the good things about winning the double this year, is that next year we can go one better and go for the treble, and also try to better our last 16 Champions League finish.

The annoying thing is that the Ramsdey Cup (sp?) is outwith our scope…

  17. Just back. Congratulations to the Celtic. Thought Anthony Stokes played his best game for us today. Mind you, Brown, Commons, Hooper and Lustig weren’t far behind; not forgetting our goalie, who made that great save at the beginning of the game.

It’s been a terrific season. And one I really enjoyed. Always good to sign off with a Scottish Cup win even though the title is clearly the priority.

The Champions League was amazing and the Barcelona game at Celtic Park is the highlight of my four decades supporting the club. That night will be hard to beat, but with Celtic’s glorious history nothing can be ruled out.

The next few days will be spent basking in the glory before fretting about our early competitive return.

But there is so much to be positive about for Tims everywhere. And I’m fairly confident we will have plenty of laughs to see us through the close season as well.

Well done to Neil Lennon and all the players who made the campaign so memorable – and the Green Brigade for that incredible display at the Barca game.

  19. Delighted for Stokesy. Gets a big game start and MOTM.

Stokes or Griffiths, was there ever any doubt what the answer is???

  20. Jim White has just had to say “well done to Celtic”.

Ghod, how much that must have hurt. Was great to see.

    Long may it continue.
