CELTIC fans will have to wait until tomorrow morning before they know when, where and who the Hoops will play in their Champions League fixtures.
The Parkhead men were drawn against European trophy holders Real Madrid, German outfit RB Leipzig and Ukraine’s Shakhtar Donetsk in Group F of the elite competition in the ballot in Istanbul last night.
It had been hoped all the details would have been released at some stage today.
However, the supporters face a delay before UEFA ratify the schedule tomorrow shortly before midday.
The first encounter is due on Tuesday September 6 or the following Wednesday.
Ange Postecoglou’s champions will warm up for the big Euro kick-off with a Premiership encounter against Dundee United at Tannadice on Sunday with a midday start. That is followed by a trip to Dingwall for the team’s first defence of the Premier Sports League Cup against Ross County on Thursday evening.
Three days later, it’s the first Glasgow derby of the campaign when Giovanni van Bronckhorst takes his Ibrox squad to Parkhead with another noon commencement.
