  1. Despite the great results this season we really aren’t a great team to watch. Very workman like.

Damn wish I’d put Michu in my Fantasy Football team, figured he can’t keep on scoring :O)

  2. And we’re back

always think it strange how poor this site is IT wise when Paul works in IT :O)

3-4 Man U some game, Utd are a pretty poor team these days. They basically have Rooney and Van Persie

  3. Philbhoy - It's just the beginning! on

    Has …..anyone …..resigned …….today?

    ……Wenger……….Benitez………….emdy…….fae ……..Glesga?

  4. Hope the break has calmed everyone down. :-)

Bet there’s a few more angry Arsenal and City fans tonight compared to us?

Tight game at Reading – looks like defences are on top.

  5. 50 shades of green on

    o well on 2 Wed

sat night at the movies great stuff.

  6. Another dismal display at home. Everything is so slow that teams, even teams like Arbroath, can get 10 men behind the ball and we struggle. Square pass, square pass, pass back to a defender, pass to the full back, square pass, square pass, pass back to a defender. We are now a team of Neil Lennons’ (the playing variety).

Miku can go back to Spain in January, if you can look so woefully short of requirement against Arbroath then you’d be as well not being here at all. The defence and central midfield strolled through game but the front 4 were poor. Ibrahim was all flicks and tricks, and loads of effort, but final ball/finishing was poor, McGeouch looks uncomfortable on he wing and Watt still has lots to learn. These three at least have time on their side but our Venezuelan internationalist doesn’t.

Great game for the neutrals. Poor defending by both teams. Two goals for Reading from corners, poor, poor defending from United. And they are currently sitting joint top of “the best league in world”

Although Rooney and Van Persie are class players.

Belated thanks for updates, much appreciated.

No new injuries i hope, thought we would have beaten Arbroath quite

comfortably. Positive about some of the young team getting a chance.

  9. Dear jesus bhoys what the f*** is goin on? The longer the match stayed 1-0 knew arbroath were gony score i put 10 quid on live betting @ 12-1 for the draw… Pays for my trip over to glasgow on wednesday for spartak game.. Dirty money i know but seen this result and performance coming all day long.. This match on wednesday nite is obviously more important but no excuse for drawing with arbroath..

  10. Cold day in Paradise.

Once again the best part of the match day at Paradise, domestically, was the kindred spirits of the Gazebo.

When the match begins it is like a replay of the previous don’t know how many games of us v the massed defence.

Same issues, shuffling the ball sideways in front of the opposition and taking too many touches equaling slow build up so plenty of time for them to reorganise.

We need to speed up and play the ball more into spaces rather back and sideways to feet.

Icy pathways room that Velodrome as well.

Still looking forward to Wednesday though.

  11. Neil canamalar Lennon hunskelper extrordinaire on

I blame the home support, worse than a man down.

Just goes to show for all the garbage spouted about the GB, there is no one there to take their place.

  12. We are a team that goes against the Celtic way. We defend well, break well and score with corners and free kicks. Jeez we aren’t exciting to watch.

  13. Anybody who does not enjoy the David standing up to the gigantic Goliath type results, should go away & try to understand what IS actually special in life.

    Today is NOT about Celtic.

    Today is about ARBROATH.

God Bless the Red Lichties on THEIR special day.

    I am happy for them.

  14. To put this result into perspective ,Inverurie Locos scored 3 goals at home against Arbroath.

DU game next midweek now postponed for replay at Arbroath

given current home form maybe not a bad thing

  16. I’m sure it not the first time you’ve heard it but you’re a knob KK

The site is here to discuss Celtic and its glory and it’s failures.

  17. Joe Filippis Haircut on

We are struggling at home just why this should be I am not sure I know there were a lot of changes for todays game but we should be capable of beating Arbroath. Not the type of result we wanted before meeting the Russians we wont find it easy to beat them as at home we seem to have a nervousness that affects the whole team.H.H.

  18. Always play your strongest side no matter the opposition. Get the lead you need and then take off your key players

Our home form is woeful. That is not just down to the players. Lenny must take his share of the blame too

If indeed the whole club is distracted by our CL campaign, then it will be interesting to see how we fare domestically from next Saturday

The fans will expect the team to go on a 7 or 8 game winning run in every competition
