  1. Celtic side to face Hearts at 3pm:

Zaluska; Matthews, Lustig, Mulgrew, Izaguirre; Brown, Wanyama, Ledley, Samaras; Commons, Hooper

Subs: Thomson, Gershon, Lassad, Rogne, Kayal, McGeouch, Stokes

  2. Top 100, nae bother,eh?

Come on Celtic and get some goals against this mob – we’re due them a good doin’.

  3. KLV – where roughly in Las Vegas do you live? I have a mate who has lived in North Las Vegas for about 8 years now. He’s a ManUre supporter mind, but apart from that, he’s alright…

  4. Robbie Thomson on the bench. Was on loan with Stenhousemuir for a while. 19 yrs old , I think. Son of Scott Thomson, a former keeper.

  5. Very surprised not to see Watt, not even on the bench – he has the best goals/assist per min in the team. Looks like Lenny’s gone 4-4-1-1 (acc. to @celticfc). Then again, a switch to 3 in the middle would be easy enough.

  6. Robbie Thomson

The son of former Dunfermline keeper, Scott Thomson, Robbie has followed in his father’s footsteps and pulled on the gloves. He has worked his way through the ranks at Celtic, learning his trade between the sticks. Injury kept him out of the U19s midway through their double winning 2011/12 season but he returned in time for the Youth Cup final in April. With the departure of Nick Feely and Dominic Cervi, Thomson has edged closer to the first team, but faces stiff competition from Glenn Daniels, the newest keeper on the books.

  7. Mon the hoops , be strong , remember what lennie’s been through against these chaps, rangers are dead thanks agent murray gascoigne mccoist laudrop and all overpaid players they thought were good.

  8. Joe Filippis Haircut on

It will be interesting to see how that centre back pairing perform if it works well it gives Neil even more flexability.I dont expect an easy game as at home this season we havnt been at our best.I will go 2-1 for the Hoops. H.H.

  9. Afternoon Bhoys & Ghirls.

    That’s an interesting line-up today.

I remember when we struggled to get one decent full-back on the pitch. Today we will have FOUR!!!!

I’m surprised Ledley has got the nod ahead of Kayal, given the combative nature of today’s opponents. But hopefully the movement and positional interchanging between Ledley, Samaras and Commons will keep Hearts on the back foot for most of the game, and have them running themselves into the ground chasing shadows.

Another 5 star performance from Hooper would be nice, but in view of the current circumstances surrounding his future at Celtic, perhaps a duff display from him (to cool any further interest from elsewhere) and goals from Ledley, Sammi, Commons and Mulgrew would be preferable.

For all that it’ll probably end up as a bone-chilling 1-0 dullfest. But as long as we get the three points and another clean sheet, I’ll be more than happy.

  10. All youse at Celtic Park….have a great afternoon!!

The rest of us? We’ll just have to be Green & White with envy….

    COYBIG! Stuff thae upstart minis!

  11. Hope we’re not going to be talking about the referee again come 5pm, they’ve been truly awful recently.

  12. Fair play to Chuck Nick laying into Green and Sevco, they’re in the position they’re in because they got themselves there
