Lennybhoy, I agree about Kieran’s choice of boots.
It makes him stand out even more .
When my son wants a new pair of boots, I always show him how good adidas beckenbaur , world cup or puma king boots , are and look but he tells me how boring they look.
Meant to say. Great to see Leigh back and scoring. Outstanding striker. And a lovely touch giving SS ball to beat Jimmy McGrory’s record. He had no intention of taking it himself after running off the park collecting ball and running back over to give SS the ball. Outstanding professional striker and team mate.
Other negative was the halfwit second steward jobsworth who performed such heroics in ensuring a fan will get locked up and maybe lose his season ticket for going on the pitch and doing nothing.
Complete tosser in my view.

Gary67 is my new CQN Hero, was in The Bailey Torremolinos, they couldn’t get Celtic TV going, Gary gave me the heads up on the John Lemon Bar in Benalmadena. Brilliant Pub, got a Taxi across but the driver dropped me at wrong pub. Eventually walked in precisely as Killie scored. However next hour or so was magic in company of great Tims. For anyone visiting this area it’s the place to go.
Jimmy McGrory previously held record for a goal a game in 5 consecutive league games (club record). Scott today beat that with 6 goals in 6 consecutive league games.
Just logged on after watching a recording of Arsenal v Chelsea. Great game. Thoroughly enjoyed it but not half as much as I enjoyed being at Celtic Park today. What a victory. What a performance. How about that second half. This game had everything and provided so many talking points.
Firstly, I’ve got to say that it has long been a dream of mine to see Celtic play the way we did in that second half. We pressed hard and our passing was hypnotic. Brilliant one touch, creative football. I was hoping that Brendan would bring it to us but, to be honest, I didn’t think we would see it for a few months yet. We saw it today for the first time really since Tommy Burns’s teams. Now we have to work hard to maintain it in Scotland, become proficient at it and try it out in Europe next season with some quality additions to the player pool.
Killie’s goal: Wow! I’m in the South Stand and the guy was right in front of me. He hit it early, he hit it perfectly. There was no doubt in my mind or in those around me that it was a goal as soon as it left his boot. Goal of the season (at this stage).
Moussa Dembele: How lucky are we to have this young guy for £500k. He is a brilliant talent. Big, brave, rarely loses a tackle, strong on the ball and fairly lethal in front of goal. I love Leigh Griffiths but Moussa will do more damage to our opponents in big games. The games that count.
Jozo Simunovic: Now fully fit. I like what I am seeing. Brings the ball forward well out of defence. Had a great game today and very unlucky not to score from his excellent header in what was a training ground move. He arrived very late in the box for the corner and really attacked the header.
James Forrest: Kojo and I always liked him. I’ve never forgotten his winner against Shaktyer Karagandy. He’s like a new signing. Encourage him and he will score. Let’s get behind Jamesie and show him that he is appreciated.
Tom Rogic: What a player. Magic feet. So skilfull. Another we need to get behind and show him that he is loved. He is so important to Brendan’s team at this moment.
KEIRAN TIERNEY: No apologies for shouting his name. He is one of us. A Celtic supporter. Tremendously fit, skilful, hard as nails. Great going forward, tremendous tackler. Sublime. Living the dream. And the fecker is young to boot. He is one that we definitely need to keep. Fight off the Premiership clubs and those from Europe. Show him that he is valued and pay him the going rate for a top class player. He is a future captain and plays for the team he supports. Support him by adding players of a similar class so that he regularly plays in Europe at the top level.
Every other Celtic player today: Absolutely great lhads. Keep it up. You will play to a full house every home game. Well done everyone!
Last but not least: The Green Brigade. One of your best performances ever and that’s saying something. This is coming from a 65 year old, old fecker that you sometimes annoy but secretly loves the atmosphere you bring to Celtic home games. Brilliant today. Keep up the good work!
Phew! Time for (another) beer and a wee lie down. Now for Man Utd v Leicester City.
One Happy Tim.
I love Celtic.
