  1. After watching Pedro and the tumblers it’s no surprise it was a 2-0 massacre .

A guy who had two wins and two draws drawing Mourinho comparisons.

All week listening to the msssm bum up two young hun defenders and saying how brilliant they were.

One was so good the only thing he kicked was his opponent and but for the jersey he was wearing would have been in the shower well before half time.He looked like a lost little boy trying to play in a mans game.Laughable that they have been comparing him to KT,

If he had produced even an average game the press would have been linking him with Real ,Chelsea and Man u tomorrow for huge sums.

The other just looked like a big lump a wood who if Moussa hadnae been injured would have hid in the dressing room afraid to come out for the second.

Their fans talking about a clear out and using the money to rebuild are delusional.

They would be lucky to get more than a million for any of their players.

Even a firesafe would probably only net them about six million and it’s hard to build a team for that.

A fragile club with a crumbling stadium they may or may not own.

All the boasting and fake headlines on their behalf by there fellow huns in the mssm and sfa headquarters can’t put lipstick on this giant pig.

Useless Portuguese fenian bassa was how I heard Pedro described by one of his peepul at full time today. Seems the honeymoon is over.

  3. I posted about his during the game today and it’s still my favourite moment.

When Calumn passed the ball into the net Brendan just nonchalantly raised his fist as if to say EASY!

    He know’s they’re shite.

  4. Despite outrageous provocation not one foul given by Celtic in the First Half.

Neil Lennon had his team playing very well and hardly ever giving fouls (actual fouls).

Hibs, If Neil survives his hard criticism of his players, will be 2nd next Season. ;))

    That makes sense.

I think it was 6 minutes Celtic played without booting the Ba’ oot a play to get the Griffster on. That says so much. At the Time I was going mental. :))

  8. What a Capitano performance by Scott yesterday. Full of intelligence.

    I really liked it.

Reading the game, knowing where to go or be.

  9. Paul’s previous article quoted a Newco fan who asserted he was

“Feeling more confident than any time in the last five years”

    It seems he was delusional.

At no time did they approach our control of the game.

Well maybe with the exception of Waghorn’s dangerous break down the touch line.

At half time they 25% of the game and had no shots to worry Craig.

They were unable to string a couple of passes together and no one seemed to want the ball.

We were closing them down and easily regaining possession.

Apart from Waghorn I didn’t see any player who would mKe the bench for us.

In other words they were all “Shoite.”

And no matter how much the medi talk them up, they have only a bunch of turds to choose from.

And we all know that no matter how much you polish a turd

    It’s still a turd.

  10. Apologies for spelling errors.

    Well snotters.

  11. Really gutted for Big Moussa.

He is such a powerhouse, hopefully we will see him again before the Season ends.

What a quality replacement in Leigh G.

  12. When you are not so worried about the game it is easy to see things better.

The workrate of Callum is monumental. Outstanding and I now understand why he was replaced. That Bhoy gave every last ounce yesterday.

  14. Taken from daily R today,

Triumphant Celtic fans have been captured celebrating their 2-0 Old Firm win at a Glasgow supermarket.

Chants of “10 in a Row” filled Asda in Toryglen after Brendan Rodgers’ side claimed victory against Rangers at nearby Hampden on Sunday afternoon – booking their place in the Scottish Cup final.

Supporters were possibly getting their celebratory carry-out on the way home from the match as they chanted “This is how it feels to be Celtic, champions again as you know.”

A couple of fans are seen waving tricolour flags near the checkouts.

The more I see that Halliday assault, the more it reminds me of the one by Healey on James Forrest.

Who was the ref for that game, and what was the punishment?

    Really,well what a coincidence.

  17. Morning Canamalar,

Apologies for no show yesterday. We arrived earlier and with 4 suitcases headed for hotel Marina Byblos. We didn’t realise how far in the city it was. We thought we could have a time to drop bags and head back out, but time was against us. Watched game in McGettigans JLC near the hotel but had to get taxi because of motorway so missed the first goal. Filled with Celtic fans. Enjoyable day.

Enjoy your posts , so looking forward to meeting up. Maybe sometime. We have booked flights for final. In Dubai until Thursday; so if you are around love to meet up if work allows. KTF. Cathach

  18. So, if the huns are rubbish….

how come we only beat them 2-0 ?

Also, ah see that Mr Rodgers slipped his mibbery-muzzle back on again yesterday, no doubt hoping that, the Celtic support consists entirely of, back of the bus plastic-provos and the 49 quid old firm fans ?

Mr Rodgers, what happened yesterday had the potential to be more damaging than an innocuous penalty vs RC.

What happens if, a 40million quid player / asset gets injured next week at ibrokes?

Ah mean, why did Mr Rodgers swerve the mibbery yesterday ?

The other day on here, BIG JIMMY said that, Celtic’s players should walk off the pitch on Sunday if mibbery started – I agree, starting “this” week at ibrokes!

If its dodgy pens, goals etc…. walk off the pitch, under management instruction citing a bent game which was proved to be the case when Neil Lennon was our manager.

If its for condoned hun thuggery, cite health and safety concerns for Celtic FC employees!

    Anyway,……

Well done yesterday Celts and keep the senses super sharp next week.

Remember,…..ye can never be paranoid enough!!!

    Thoughts and Prayers for all

    Supporters of Glasgow Celtic.

    ……off-oot.

Watched the match today in a mixed company, for the first time in my life. Found it amusing that the huns hate their players and manager more than they hate us.

Very angry when they watch their team.

Us Tims had the cigars lit on 11 minutes. Easy

DD, Good Post m8…On very few occasions I have also watched a a Celtic v THEM, when in the company of some former Hun pals. When a celtic player shows ANY skill, it’s ALL about how crap their midfield/defenders were are that moment. They can’t bring themselves to compliment any Celtic player or Celtic move….it’s always perma rage at their own.

    So funny…those hurtin huns.

  20. KEVJUNGLE 6.10,

Cheers for reminding a few on here of my earlier posts BEFORE yesterdays game about the “Blatant Cheating and Thuggery” YET AGAIN in our SC Victory, and how Celtic FC should have been prepared to walk off the pitch in protest ?

Of course I knew that was never gonna happen, but after what we witnessed yesterday, this week’s game at DebtDome MAY well be the PERFECT time and place for Celtic FC ( Before Saturday), to issue this “Directive” to Brendan and the players privately of course ?

I aint no “Shrinking Violet”, and as a younger man I have taken a few, and dished out a few…on and off the pitch…BUT I really FEAR for our Bhoys at Ipox this week more than any other time in my over 60 years on this earth.

THEM will be going out to mutilate our Bhoys, in fact it will be “LICENSED MUTILATION” because the MIB will NOT take the appropriate action to stamp it out early doors….like Halliday’s assault yesterday ( much credit to wee Paddy for dusting himself down, and going at THEM again).

We ALL know that they have NOTHING to play for, they are trying to sell season books, we have humiliated them on and off the pitch, they have humiliated themselves in the eyes of their devil support, and especially when their vile support is RAGING at most of their “Players” today….their Klan support will be demanding “Celtic Blood” to be spilt this week, no matter how the actual game is going ?

This week…probably MORE than any other time in “my Celtic history”, Celtic FC have to have plans in place to ensure the safety of their employees, that should NOT be compromised in any shape or form.

I am not attempting to be over dramatic on this issue, but if ANY Celtic Chairman, Director, manager and fan is NOT concerned about the Hun Thuggery, then they clearly allowing or superior skill to blind them.

Our Bhoys I fear will NOT be given the opportunity to display any skills next Saturday and God forgive me for saying this but, MAYBE it will be a Blessing in disguise if Broony loses his Appeal this week ( as I expect, although Celtic should be producing evidence such as halliday’s assault yesterday) at Scott’s Appeal, but they will target Broony, Paddy etc.

I would love to hammer them 7-0 this week, and watching our best players really put on a show ( We’ll score a barrowload…down the Copland Road), however, I fear that THEM and their THEM support will be out to inflict serious career changing damage on our Bhoys, so at this moment the thought of maintaining our unbeaten run takes 2nd place for me just now……….ENSURING that Celtic and Staff, are still able to walk on Sunday morning INJURY FREE, is my No 1 PRIORITY right now……….it should also be the No1 PRIORITY of The Celtic Board ?

I am sticking with my opinion on Celtic walking off in protest MORE than EVER for this weekend’s “GAME”.

  21. Good morning friends from a ground-damp but bright, clear skied and a bit chilly East Kilbride. Happy Days.

  22. weebawbabitty on

Morning all , feels a bit better going to work this morning than a normal Monday, funny that . SFTB very brave post last night

  23. Reading back on here this morning, it appears that 1or 2 posters don’t give a monkeys about the blatant cheating and thuggery that STILL occurred in yesterdays game.

I will assume for the moment that some alcohol and/or other substances were clouding their judgements during last night Celtic Celebrations, and maybe this morning in the cold light of day, those same posters, MAY be well served to reflect on their posts which accused others on here STILL being rightly concerned about the Blatant Cheating and Thuggery, despite our excellent victory yesterday…. I dunno, maybe they won’t ?

We COULD see Celtic players being not only injured this week, but also RED CARDED for defending themselves, and possibly seeking “Retribution” if assaults on them and/or team mates are allowed to go unpunished ?

As a Celtic man, I do NOT wish to see Celtic players being suspended ( or worse ), in what is promising to be the MOST CELEBRATED SEASON IN CELTIC’S FC HISTORY since The Bhoys from Lisbon 1967, when we swept away all before us.

The CLASS of SEASON 2016/2017……….DESERVE better than that !

To the Celtic Board…do the right thing by our Bhoys and Staff…issue that “Directive” this midweek…privately of course.

  24. Good morning CQN from a cool, dry and broken clouded East Devon.

    Make mine a treble please.

  25. Brogan Rogan Trevino and Hogan on

    Good Morning.

Yesterday after the game I went to see my 84 year old mother who is now resident in a lovely wee home which lies in the shadow of Aye Brokes.

She watched the game on her Ipad and made two specific observations.

    1. She thought that in the first half our ball retention, passing and movement about the park was excellent and reminiscent of the Lisbon Lions. When I said that we have had other teams which did similar between the Lions and now she merely observed that she had not been to many games for the last 20 years or so and that the technology of the Ipad and the coverage it offers is fairly new to her. Consequently she could only comment on what she has seen for herself and yesterday was very good in that first spell.

    2. She then brought up the fact that she had watched the two games in South America from November 1967 on the ipad and found that she was appalled all over again at the behaviour of Racing Club, but equally appalled at the behaviour of Celtic.

Not the players, you understand, but the club management.

” Those players are employees of the club, and surely it is the duty of the club not to put its employees in a position where they will be assaulted, spat on, threatened or sworn at? Any other employer would not be alowed to insist that an employee continues to work in a situation where they can clearly be injured as a result of physical attack, or in circumstances where they are publicly or privately degraded and abused.

The fact that Celtic fined the players when they came home was a nonsense and showed lack of leadership.”

An interesting observation from an octogenarian who opined that the only reason that Celtic did not completely abandon the battle of Montevideo was because it would have caused a riot.

Much of what she had to say holds sway when applied to some of the tackles we witnessed yesterday which unbelievably went unpunished.

Celtic should make the severest complaint to the SFA this morning about some of those tackles in order to make sure that the footballing authorities, and indeed opposition players, are aware that they will be the subject of the instant complaint if they go so far over the bounds of what can reasonably be described as proper sporting endeavor.

  26. Celtic FC SHOULD take “The Bull by the Horns” ( Brother Pedro would like that one), and have a meeting with The SFA, SPL and the Police Match Commander for this weeks game at the BigotDome, and simply ADVISE them ALL, that Celtic FC will have NO HESITATION in removing Celtic employees from the field of play, if faced with any attempts of Thuggery by players, members of staff and THEM support towards our players and staff that appear to be going unpunished ( Yet Again).

Then celtic simply put it to the Police Commander, ” In our opinion, IF we are FORCED to remove our players from the pitch for fear of our safety….then YOUR OFFICERS will be placed in a very vulnerable situation as no doubt you will have over 40,000 Raging Hun supporters left without a “Game” to watch, on your hands” ?

Wotcha gonna do in that scenario Officer ?
