Should they deliver on two fronts, it will be the most stunning achievement in European football in 47 years.
There was a healthy amount of bloodlust for the Uefa Financial Fair Play (FFP) rules to fine the life out of the likes of Manchester City and Paris St Germain, before banning them from Uefa competition. This was never the point.
What Uefa have done is bring Europe’s two most freely spending clubs into line. FFP will restrict City and PSG’s expenditure, transfer market activity and squad selection. This is a result.

I’m more aware than ever that Celtic operate in a climate that is anti-Celtic and are limited in what they can do.
Something needs to be done to bring back the thunder to Paradise. A team capable of going further than the last 16 in the CL will do that. I hope DD wants that. If he does. That is what will happen. I can’t help thinking he is treading water hoping for an EPL move or similar.

HT and Ryecatcher are arguing about something I know nothing about. So I stay out of it.
You attacked him personally over his views about TG and his profession. Basically I’m saying to play the ball, not the man.
My dad was a teacher and my sister is still and I respect that profession, whilst accepting that there are a few who are not fit for purpose.

Before I got him his wee kit…he was always fingering the badge of my top anytime I wore it. Fascinated by it. When I pulled his kit out the green bag to show him I showed him the badge on his wee shorts. There he was with his wee finger probing away at the badge :))

Since Celtic have no chance of getting into the EPL especially if independence is voted in then The Celtic Board should at least be perceived as seen to be attempting to clean up the corruption in Scottish football instead of a willing participant in Ogilviness
I agree.. Im sure we all do. But Im not sure what they could have done to prevent his reelection without the support from other Clubs.
