We were always in control but on that surface anything can happen and players don’t look comfortable on it, but three points is three points.
Rogers obviously concerned about Britton injury, especially when next game is on another artificial pitch but Broonie seems to be able to play on it fine and his role today might well have had the next game in mind.

No. You are spot on. Thankfully we are too good for them to influence the outcome of the game. All they can do is help keep the score down.

Another fine win for us with 5 Scottish home grown players in our starting line up.
In total 8 players who have been on our books at youth level played all or part of the game.
Killie ‘s Stephen O’Donnell, Dom Thomas and Eamon Brophy also were part of our academy.
I think the Astana game is on BT Sport. I think killie will do well not to get relegated this season I hope Bitton is not injured but if he is im sure young Ajer wouldnt let us down he had a fine game today. H.H.
Bit apprehensive when I saw our line-up 6(six) changes to our squad – whit do I know – if BR trusts the bhoys coming in so should I ;-))

The linesman bailed out the ref with Miller hand ball incident.
Miller was clearly onside but linesman flag meant ref could avoid penalty call.

If Calum Waters was on the Kilmarnock bench today, a total of 9 players in both squads have been through the Celtic Academy at one point.

The fact the football authorities allow that pitch to be used in SPL is disgraceful.

In Killie’s defence, although everything else about them is horrible, their pies are good.
Superannuated huns play for Kilmarnock, but after they are superannuated from Kilmarnock , they definitely DON’T end up in the pies.

if you get a chance to buy the latest once a tim, there is an excellent transalated interview with ronnie and a glasgow based norwegian journo,
very honest in his assessment of his time here.
i think history should be kind to ronnie, some records were broken, some good players came through. and his love of celtic is shining through.
Some excellent possession and probing passes on a very sticky surface……..real structure with style in this team/squad.
